Ulasan Hotel Oasis

Not a bad place for an overnight stay. Had everything needed but some things in the room were quite old/not working like the kettle.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the guards which gave us our room as the receptionist were not present at the time. After that we had a little bit of a disagreement with the receptionist but overall our stay was lovely. The guard was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was great. Lovely rooms and great location.

Decent hotel for a night for transit purpose. Valid for the price and is near the airport.

I will not tell or encourage those who know me to come here

Room and bedding were dirty and bathroom had no door nor there was any mats available. Bed was full of bed bugs couldn’t even get a decent sleep

Good stay with Greta staff and location. Only passing through but enjoyed the hotel

Very good service. Highly recommended to other travelers.

Was affordable. Great service by the stuffs.spacious .and neat and tidy rooms and secure.only problem was the pool was mentioned on the website but was unusable dew to cleaning.

Terrible hotel. Booked for two nights. The water stopped working on the second nigh without any warning. Couldn’t get hold of anyone at reception. Then someone started knocking on the doors. Appeared to be an intruder checking to see which rooms were empty. Again couldn’t contact anyone at reception. It got so bad we left the hotel and checked into another property.

The place was ok. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was a bit lumpy and flat and the blanket was a bit tattered. The shower pressure was a trickle if you wanted warm water. The door did not have a proper chain lock (only on the door handle)and there was a sign to always lock the door, so we felt a little unsafe. Our neighbors were very loud (not the hotels fault). I heard them late into the night, in the middle of the night and they woke me up early in the morning. Our window wouldn't close, so we couldn't block the sound well. And they smoked, so that came though the window as well. The second night was much better. It was in walking distance of a few restaurants (but you have to walk down a dark street to get to the main road.) The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Our stay at Hotel Oasis was a complete nightmare. The photos we saw on ******* were nothing like the reality we encountered. Stained bedsheets, a dirty mattress, and an overwhelming stench greeted us upon arrival. The advertised free Wi-Fi didn't work, and we had to endure a cold shower due to the absence of hot water. The pool was far from inviting, and even the toilet paper felt cheap. Dirty towels were the last straw. We are deeply disappointed in ******* for listing this establishment as a 3-star hotel; it doesn't even meet backpacker standards. We checked out immediately, vowing never to use ******* again. This experience was a harsh lesson learned."
