Hotel yang sangat bagus Terletak di pegunungan, pilihan cocok bagi yang sedang bersantai

Akomodasi bagus, privasi bagus Makanan harus keluar untuk dimakan di sekolah lain di sebelahnya, tapi rantainya sama, jadi tidak apa-apa. Jalan menuju hotel lumayan terjal. Kalau mobil ada yang bermasalah segera hubungi pihak hotel untuk turun dan menjemput. Lebih baik jangan ambil resiko.

Location was at the top of this massive hill which was hard to walk down let alone walk up! There was a shop at the bottom of the hill but there should have been a small shop in the hotel as was to difficult to get to the shop by walking. The schedule bus only 5 times a day 10, 11, 2, 3 n 4. So you end up catching a lot of taxis to the main part which ends up costing a fair bit. Apart from that there's all the stairs you have to climb to get to your room, the hotel room is average, TV doesn't work, pool bar is barely open. The only nice things were the pools. And the food was pretty good.

Hotel in the front of patong one the hill. Hotel not new, but for level of Patong is it normal. They have renovated buiding with renovated cozy rooms, but this rooms are smaller then rooms in olda buidings. So i recomend better book in old bukding which windows are not to the road side. Room will be big, with nice view and quite. Pool in hotel normal, sunbeds good too for me.

I don’t like. The rooms are okay but the stuff at the reception was horrible. The bathrooms are very old and uncomfortable. It’s more 2-3 stars than 4 stars.

This is actually a terrible experience with the Hotel. Once reached to hotel and the room was allocated it was in very **** situation with broken and dustful furnitures and smelling washroom. Tried to connect with front desk but they are such unprofessional they do not understand any language and speak rudely. Thought to upgrade the room by paying difference amount but was shocked the difference amount was even more than what paid for 2 nights for current room. Online the difference from standard to deluxe room was just only INR 700/night but they asked INR 9800/- as difference amount for two nights. At last had to stay in the same hotel room, and no help from hotel or anyone received. Totally bad and fraud hotels with bad staffs. Have escalated to SHA as well for this - avoid to spoil your trip by booking this hotel.

We booked to stay there a week and left after the first night. The bathrooms were full of mould and smelt very bad. The hotel is up a very large hill and there was no luggage staff to help with your suitcases. Breakfast had also been moved to another hotel due to renovations despite no warning of this on the website. If you are looking for somewhere cheap to leave your belongings and go to the beach it is fine but as a place to relax it is not ideal.

The property is really good and staff was quite cooperative

Nice and quiet location. Great staff. Clean room. I can walk around barefoot and still have clean feet. Definitely best bang for your buck

The hotel is quite and safety, nice front desk and they have parking in the hotel.
