"The toilet in the room wasn't flushed or hadn't been flushed properly. The landlord said I was wrong (he thought I meant a green liquid), but actually he was wrong; it wasn't green liquid, otherwise I wouldn't have had to brush my teeth in the outside bathroom the next day. (I only discovered the toilet problem when I got up to use the bathroom the next day, then went back to sleep, so I didn't take a picture. Later, I was busy checking out and didn't take any more pictures. I washed up outside the bathroom the first night, so I only noticed it the next day. I flushed twice but it wouldn't flush, so I had to use the outside bathroom). Aside from this one issue, which the landlord seemed unaware of, he resolved all the other problems he could. And since we were all Chinese, he allowed me to check out an hour or two late (all the Fijian apartments I've stayed in so far have required check-out before 11 pm), so he's a good landlord. The hygiene issue was probably due to him being in a remote location and not being aware of the situation, or his cleaning staff not thoroughly checking the toilet… these are probably issues that can be improved. In other words, this apartment could potentially be a perfect place for Chinese tourists visiting Fiji in the future."

Selama menginap di hotel Anda baru-baru ini, saya mengalami beberapa kejadian yang sangat tidak menyenangkan, dan oleh karena itu saya mengajukan keluhan resmi ini. **Masalah Perpanjangan Masa Menginap di Resepsionis:** Ketika saya bertanya kepada staf resepsionis tentang perpanjangan masa menginap saya, mereka sangat acuh tak acuh, hanya menyuruh saya untuk mengurusnya sendiri melalui *********** dan menyatakan bahwa resepsionis tidak bertanggung jawab atas perpanjangan masa menginap. Tanggapan ini tidak profesional dan tidak menunjukkan rasa pelayanan sama sekali. **Masalah Check-in Kamar dan Komunikasi:** Keesokan harinya, ketika saya check-out dan bersiap untuk memperpanjang masa menginap saya, Ibu ************ di resepsionis dengan jelas mengatakan kepada saya bahwa saya dapat check-in selama kamar sudah dibersihkan. Namun, setelah menunggu hampir lima jam, staf housekeeping hotel dengan jelas memberi tahu kami bahwa kamar 1013 telah dibersihkan dan mereka telah memberi tahu resepsionis melalui telepon. Namun, Ibu ************ tetap bersikeras bahwa kamar belum dibersihkan dan menolak mengizinkan saya untuk check-in. Lebih buruk lagi, selama waktu itu, dia tidak menghubungi staf housekeeping melalui telepon, juga tidak mengirim staf lain untuk mengkonfirmasi kondisi sebenarnya dari kamar tersebut. Dia hanya menolak check-in kami sambil mengobrol dan tertawa dengan staf wanita lain di meja resepsionis. Ketika saya bertanya tentang waktu check-in yang spesifik, dia berpura-pura tidak mendengar saya dan hanya bermain-main dengan komputernya. Saya menunggu di meja resepsionis selama lebih dari sepuluh menit, dan dia sama sekali mengabaikan kehadiran kami.
