Lokasi hotel rata-rata, tetapi ada stasiun di dekatnya, 5 menit berjalan kaki. Fasilitas kamar lengkap, relatif bersih, dan insulasi suara bagus, namun jendela tidak bisa dibuka. Sarapan sangat baik dan staf memiliki pelayanan yang baik.

Very close to sea and staff were very helpful.the location is 2 kms from central railway station and cathedral .Bolt and Uber are easily available from this location.

The hotel is located in the west to the city centre. A 3 minutes' walk to the metro station is needed. The sauna is clean and good to use.

Early check in was a bonus. Clean room and good size bathroom. Shower pressure was good. About a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus and metro stop, 10 minutes to the tram stop. Couldnt fault anything in the hotel.

hotel is situated in a quiet location with plenty of accessible supermarkets. It is not close to any tourist attractions but Kammpi and the city center is close if you take the train. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Generally, hotel is clean. The only problem I had was that shower in my room drains very slowly and water leaks outside the shower area.

Great service at the front desk, very accommodating, helpful and kind staff. Very fresh and clean rooms with plenty of utilities available. Good location, relaxed area that is not noisy or busy. Just a 5 minute walk away from bus, tramway and metro stations. Good connections to the airport and there's also a park and beach nearby.

I love this hotel, clean and smile service. Staffs, receptionist very friendly, I missed try Saunna. Room is clean and comfortable. Nearby Metro. Opposite is a big supermarket 24/7, you can find everything there.

Good location which is not too far from the centre. Just a few mins walk from the metro as well as a large supermarket. Didn’t have the chance to use the free sauna but it looked good at a glance; bear in mind it is only available in the evenings.

整體不錯的，早餐可以、床上四件套都OK，早餐也不錯。赫爾辛基taxi 去市區大商場也不遠，uber10歐，twxi20歐吧

酒店附近很多公交車站和電車站，去west terminal2坐輪渡也方便。酒店有桑拿房，晚上六點到十一點開放。有早餐，時間好像是六點到十點，不太記得了。 酒店很安靜，睡得很好，酒店提供冰箱，燙鬥，保險箱，電視有英文，洗漱用品都是多芬的。對面就是大型的超市，可以進去逛一逛。

芬蘭的Holiday inn真的舒適度和清潔度是其他國家的Holiday inn不能相比的，整體的員工素質禮貌升級好幾個level,這個跟整個國家的居民素質有很大關係，服務員特別有禮貌，房間安靜乾淨，而且羅霍拉赫蒂區這家分店交通也非常的方便，出門走點就有地鐵坐一站直接到Kampii，很大的商場可以逛很久，旁邊就是Center,下次去赫爾辛基還住這家.
