Ulasan Max Boutique Hotel

El hotel y la ubicación está bien , el personal se quedó dormido a la hora del desayuno y desayunemos 1 hora más tarde de la prevista y tuvimos que retrasar la salida , al día siguiente igual, no había nada en el comedor nos vieron de casualidad y empezaron a preparar todo , a la hora del Check Out , revisaron las habitaciones y tuvimos que abonar unas patatas que nos comimos eso no es problema pero mis cuñados olvidaron un sombrero vietnamita que estaba a la vista y ropa interior y no tuvieron cortesía de bajarlo al hall y devolverlo ya que estuvimos esperando a que nos recogieran 20/30min ,igual que vieron las patatas verían lo que ellos olvidaron pero no dijeron nada.

滝へ行くバス停から少し離れていました。建物は新しく、部屋はきれいでした。 バスタブがあれば、もっと良かったです。

We used this hotel for 1 night and at best it's adequate. The hotel room is quite small it does however have a fridge,kettle and a safe. The bathroom is a wet room style and after 2 minutes hot water does come through. A rooster gave background noise from 3.30am which is not the hotels fault but worth noting. The room had a few scuffs and scrapes it was clean though. The worst part was the cold/ hot breakfast buffet all the cold food was room temperature and unfortunately so was the supposedly hot food, to make matters worse the coffee wasn't hot either. We attempted a few items but in the end walked over the road and had some hot coffee elsewhere. Not a hotel we would return to.

Max Boutique Hotel in Cao Bằng, while providing a lodging experience, faces some challenges. The rooms are small and confined, coupled with a musty odor, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The use of budget-friendly sanitary facilities leaves a less-than-positive impression on the service quality. The noise from the air conditioning unit near the bedroom window adds unwanted disruption, hindering conducive sleeping conditions. The self-select breakfast, though available, lacks the richness and value one would expect for the price paid. Certainly, addressing these aspects would enhance the overall quality of the stay and garner more favorable reviews from guests.

The hotel is very dirty, from floor, elevator to the rooms, bathroom and fridge. We got our rooms with unchanged linen, hair and sweat from previous customer. We complained and the hotel changed linens immediately. But the bathrooms are very dirty. Breakfast area are dirty as well as no one is following up with clean up the area.

We were 3 couples arriving in the evening time and was tired after a long car driving. The checkin went well but the rooms we got was terrible, beds were not clean after last guest, bathrooms are very dirty. One room is much smaller (18m2) than what we have booked (25m2). Breakfast was boring, cold food and dirty, no one is following up with refilling the food or clean up. We had to clean the table ourselves before we can sit down and eat breakfast.

We stayed at the Max Boutique hotel in Cao Bang in a fairly large comfortable room with all the necessary amenities and very good service especially from the staff on the front desk. The location is superb being surrounded by breath taking scenery. The breakfast served each morning was particularly good but unfortunately they do not have a restaurant for dinner . However we were able to find an excellent bbq restaurant in town and there were also plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby

Clean rooms with Super comfortable beds. The friendly staff who went out of their way to please. The manageress even came into the kitchen and helped cook extra eggs at breakfast time. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Had booked this hotel after extensive research that it's one of the best at Cao Bang. It lived up to our expectations. Location was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was sparse, cold and not refilled once empty. However, we were offered alternatives but we missed out on what could have been better, two consecutive days!! For a small place like Cao Bang we hadn't expected much, so this place was a pleasant surprise.

The room was very dirty when I got it, with dry piss stains on the toilet and the area around the sink filthy with black stains. I asked them to clean it but they didn’t really understand what I meant but at least they tried. If you don’t care about cleanliness this is an okay hotel.

Hôtel assez bien situé, literie très confortable En revanche on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à côté (conversation, douche..) Le lit était déjà froissé, les serviettes tachées... Pas très propre au global Une mythe sur ma serviette au réveil.. Petit déjeuner Ridicule!
