Very neat and clean room with good amenities. Situated in an old building but when you enter the hotel on first floor it's very modern kind of atmosphere. Good breakfast. Considering the Mumbai lack of space resulting in small rooms, the hotel has tried to pack everything in the space available. Special shout out to Khushal Singh ji, who was very polite and helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

My colleague and I stayed here for a few nights and had such a wonderful experience in this establishment. The rooms are clean, the showers are hot, the bed comfortable. Most impressive was the professional and kind manager, Hemond, and an excellent staff.

We slept one night in Mumbai in the Elphinstone hotel. Excellent experience, clean rooms, very friendly staff and good breakfast They even allowed us to take an extra shower before our next train, we are super happy to recommend this hotel in Mumbai!

Very nice hotel. 10 out of 10 for staff courtesy and help. Value for money. Price is very reasonable with 5 star service. Rooms are good. It’s very old building but looks renovated. Nearest station is CST. Delicious breakfast is ice on the cake

Really liked the stay! The services were good and the rooms had all facilities. A quiet and peaceful stay. The breakfast add on was great too. Manager Hemond and Akmal have been really kind to us. They made sure we got our booking right. It's near to all the places

The place is superb The staff is so good and helpful, location is near CSMT, carnac bunder is the nearby bus stop if u r using local transport, complimentry breakfast is good not great, a good stay, You can book with confidence, take the deluxe room atleast, spacious for the amount of Money you give

Hotel Elphinstone Annexe appears humble but it is comfortable, extremely clean and the service is top-notch - probably the best I've ever experienced. The staff are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate any and all requests. I recommend Hotel Elphinstone Annexe very highly, especially if you would like easy access to the Fort or Ballard Estate.

The room was very clean and when it comes to breakfast although everyone says that it’s small I think it’s very enough. There’s a menu and you just have to say sometimes whatever you want because the classic is tea/coffee + toast butter jelly + 2 eggs (with choose of making) but then you can additionally ask for Indian option or waffles etc which is already a lot to eat. Literally whole staff was super nice and helpful. Recommend to literally everyone!
