Might be the best in town, with nice grounds and rooms, but it is definitely not attentive to details. My check-in took a very long time because they initially claimed that I did not pay, and only after long research they were able to find my pre-payment. As I entered the room I found it clearly not ready and not clean, so I went back to the reception and they gave me a new one. The WiFi wasn't working for me initially. I called for support twice and both times they told me they would send someone to check, but they never did. Only after I went back to the reception they helped me find a solution. Finally, I was taking a shower when I realized that their shampoo dispenser was empty. Ridiculous for a 200 EUR room per night. It could have been an unlucky combination of bad events, but the service was too disappointing for that price level. It's the attention to details that makes the difference between good and bad service.
