Lets start with the positives... The setting is beautiful, Tuscany at its best. Marvellous views, natural settings and rustic countryside. However, the apar**ent we were in was very old, hardly clean and badly decorated. From the scratches on the kitchen furniture to the old mattresses, the whole place needed a refurbishment. Non-existent wi-fi but we didn't care too much as we were on holiday. The sofa bed were my daughters slept was VERY uncomfortable. The restaurant was very slow, clearly overwhelmed, during both meals we had (one of which was a fixed menu Easter lunch). Lastly, they tried to charge us twice for a SPA service claiming to my husband that I didn't pay a manicure - which I did (can you just check the receipt you just printed before trying to charge us again)? Overall, I felt the place was a missed opportunity for a lovely stay which ended up being a bit ruined by a very old apar**ent, a badly organised restaurant and mediocre customer service.

Beautiful location in the toscana hills. We appreciated the concept of having a swimming pool for each house and thereby avoiding the pool being too crowded. We also had a positive experience with the hotel restaurant, due to the staff being open and sympathetic. However, the receptionnists were rather cold and our arrival was rather disappointing, having to pay 30€ to get our already cleaned appartement early. The appartement itself had an appropriate size, but seemed outlived and presented problems with the air conditionning and the water outflow. In addition, the isolation was very poor and it was impossible not to hear the neighbours.

Sono stato di recente con amici di lunga data al Castellare di Tonda per un addio al nubilato. Che dire, tutto é andato perfettamente. La location immersa nel verde toscano é paradisiaca, avevamo praticamente una piscina tutta per noi con vista sulle colline del Chianti. L'accoglienza di Donatella alla reception é stata fenomenale, come i cocktail di Raffaele, il servizio di Jewel al ristorante, le lezioni di equitazione di Elsa e Marco e la spa. Le colazioni offerte sono gustosissime, ve le consiglio. Vorrei anche ringraziare sentitamente la struttura per la flessibilitá, ci hanno concesso il check-out tardi il pomeriggio e ci hanno lasciato la giornata in piscina. Siete fantastici!!

Posto, incantevole,immerso nella natura in piena campagna toscana.i casolari sono ampi,ma i bagni lasciano molto a desiderare.inoltre alcuni di questi casolari sono distanti da reception e ristorante il che rende spesso necessario prendere l auto.Ottime colazioni e servizio impeccabile.

Un bel resort nel complesso, ma molto dispersiva come location. Per giungere dagli appartamenti alla sala ristorante per la colazione o per la cena è necessario prendere l'auto. La pulizia è discreta, ma il servizio della reception un pò meno. Molto commerciali nell'approccio e molto freddi. Abbiamo prenotato tramite booking, poiché paradossalmente, la tariffa risultava essere più bassa di circa € 50 per due notti, rispetto alle informazioni ricevute telefonicamente. Anche per la mezza pensione per il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto prodigarci per ottenerla. In definitiva posso dire che è una bella soluzione per poter pernottare (anche se isolata e distante dai luoghi da visitare), ma carente come servizi e di conseguenza come customer satisfaction.

Bellissimo Resort immerso nelle splendide colline Toscane. Ideale anche per chi viaggia con cani. Le camere sono dei piccoli appartamenti con cucina Belle anche le piscine, inoltre durante la giornata vengono proposte molteplici attività. All’interno del resort vi è anche una SPA che purtroppo per il poco tempo a disposizione non ho potuto visitare Comunque Consigliatissimo

Disorganizzazione totale, attesa molto lunga per la cena , sc**** informazioni e non abbiamo potuto pranzare nonostante avessimo prenotato la stanza sino a sera con un supplemento di 30 euro non rimborsato solo perché avevano un battesimo di cui non siamo stati avvisati. Appartamento con tre camere una con materassi di poca qualità in gomma piuma scomodissimi. Per il resto posto bellissimo ,la SPA carina e con personale gentile . La struttura molto pulita.

Super apprezzato lo spirito della struttura all'insegna del relax, ottimo anche il ristorante con prodotti tipici del territorio e la spa il cui accesso su prenotazione la rende un posto davvero tranquillo dove rilassarsi con una vista magnifica. Apprezzatissima anche la localizzazione del nostro casolare in mezzo a viti e ulivi.
Uniche pecche il bar che chiude troppo presto la sera, rendendo impossibile bere un cocktail dopo cena e le condizioni di manutenzione della piscina del casolare dove ho alloggiato, Casanuova, da rivedere.
Eccetto questi aspetti è una struttura fantastica e il personale è super cordiale e disponibile.

Esperienza davvero positiva al Castellare! Seppur gli appartamenti siano un po' datati, il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura recettiva diffusa è stato positivo sotto ogni aspetto. Organizzato, con l'offerta di molti servizi, colazioni e cene a buffet abbondanti e con prodotti di qualità, maneggio gestito con scrupolo, spa carina, personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni dettaglio. Direi esperienza da rifare e da consigliare. State solamente attenti al fatto che nella formula mezza pensione non è compresa la pulizia quotidiana dell'appartamento, purtroppo non ci è stato detto e per 4 giorni non eravamo organizzati con asciugamanti e prodotti per la pulizia.
