River Country Inn

Very enjoyable experience. Easy, to book. Friendly staff..... Looking forward to our next trip to Moama and further sight seeing in the surrounding Echuca area. A great historical area. Easily accessible to many great sights to see.......... Nothing seemed to much trouble if needed.

Thankyou River Country Inn for our outstanding Pet Room stay with our felines Max & Milo. They really enjoyed their scratching tower set up infront of the windows which we bought specifically to keep them busy. They had lovely huge glass window views of the gardens, pool & patrons waving to our boys everyday..The room was spacious, clean , fresh and very, very comfortable. Delightful , friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely be back with our boys again soon! Thankyou Deb & Jon Highly Recommend

We cannot believe the reviews on this site. We went there to celebrate a wedding anniversary and were totally disappointed. Following our stay the managers sent us an email asking for our review of the stay. This is how we responded -------- Greetings Debby & Jon, We were not happy with our stay. The property did not match the photos displayed on internet sites. The unit contained a cobweb, the toilet roll holder was filthy (most likely from splashed urine), areas under the bathroom vanity needed cleaning, lawns were not mown, the garden was unkempt, pathways were not swept, and cigarette butts were in the ashtray on the table outside our unit. Due to the lack of cleanliness that was apparent, we felt uncomfortable to use the spa. Not perfect for our wedding anniversary celebration. Altogether, the property was in what we would describe as a very 'tired' condition and it did not meet our expectations. We noted that although you had about 27 units available, it seemed that only 3 or 4 were occupied by guests. Sorry that our review is so negative but it does convey our experience and our subsequent disappointment. Hope it provides some incentive for change.
