Paradise Beach Club

This hotel was a little tired although very well maintained.it was located directly on the beach with easy access to bars and restaurants, a great location.Staff were very attentive and as found all over Sri Lanka were happy and smiling, a great atmosphere.

We spent1 week here at the end of our 4 week tour of Sri Lanka and this was the best hotel we had overall. We initially had 1 night here whilst on an organised tour but were so impressed we asked to return independently. They could only do 4 nights but it was superb. Brilliant location on the beach. Biggest EVER swimming pool. Best EVER buffet food. Free billiards table of a very high standard. Had an issue with dampness in the bathroom and they moved us without fuss. We initially thought it was in a rowdy location. WRONG.............its lovely!! Friendly helpful staff. Saw a turtle on the beach when staff alerted us at 2230 hours!! Superb service!! Thank You.

Our stay at Paradise Beach Club was absolutely fantastic, and we believe it is one of the best properties in Mirissa. Located along the beautiful Mirissa Beach on Sri Lanka's southern coast, this hotel truly feels like a hidden gem. The architecture of the property is simple yet elegant, designed to bring the ocean view right to your room. The proximity to the sea and the stunning views make this hotel one of the best sea-view destinations we’ve ever visited. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bedding is comfortable, and the linens and towels are exceptionally clean. The bathrooms are large, hygienic, and well-maintained, which added a lot of comfort to our stay. The hotel features a large swimming pool, which is very clean and well-maintained, along with a kids’ pool, making it an ideal destination for families. The bar facilities are excellent, offering a variety of high-quality foreign liquors, local spirits, and well-crafted cocktails. The restaurant at Paradise Beach Club serves a daily buffet for breakfast and dinner, with a wide range of options including Sri Lankan and Western dishes. The taste and quality of the food were impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the authentic Sri Lankan flavors. The staff service was generally friendly and attentive, which made our stay comfortable. However, we feel that the staff could be more cheerful and welcoming, as their serious demeanor at times took away from the otherwise warm atmosphere. One small downside was the exchange rate policy, as the property charges an additional 5 LKR per USD above the actual rate. For a property of this caliber, this practice seemed unnecessary and could be improved. Overall, Paradise Beach Club is a top-tier choice for anyone visiting Mirissa. From its stunning views and great amenities to the delicious food and family-friendly atmosphere, this hotel offers a truly luxurious experience. We highly recommend it for a memorable stay on the southern coast of Sri Lanka.

Located Beautiful Beach of Mirissa in Southern coastal area in Sri Lanka, this Hotel just amazing and it's hidden Gem. The architecture is simple and the way they have taken the ocean view to the threshold is just wow. One of the best sea view hotels I have visited. The Rooms are plenty in space, amenities are well in order , Comfortable bedding and clean linens and towels. Spacious Bathrooms with clean and hygiene is very pleasing. They have a large pool with very clean and well maintained status, Kids pool also available shows the place is family friendly destination. They offer nice bar facilities with plenty of high quality foreign liquors and local spirits and array of cocktails which are good in quality. They offer restaurant with daily buffet Breakfast and Dinner. Varieties such as Sri Lankan , Western choice of foods available taste so good and food quality is very high. Staff service is very friendly and attentive is a plus point. This place is highly recommended for great views of Beautiful coastal sea line of southern Sri Lanka , with amazing food and drinks with great Sri Lankan Hospitality. The Stay was a very pleasant experience

I’m laying here at 11:44pm with music thumping so loud it’s shaking the windows. Read the other bad reviews before you book, they’re mostly correct. I’m really not one to ever bother reviewing as I’m conscious of not driving business away from anywhere which may be having an off day but this place sucks. The music from the beach parties is SO loud, a continuous thump that even with ear plugs I can’t sleep. It’s like torture, keeping me awake. The food isn’t good, meat kept in bay-maries that aren’t even hot. There aren’t many options in the buffet, I really expected more from the pictures. It’s just not worth it, book a hotel away from the beach or better yet avoid mirissa all together, especially in the shoulder or off season when the weather isn’t great. There’s nothing to do other than roam a few dirty shops. It’s not the ‘cool’ travel destination I was hoping to experience at all. Not worth the cost.

We were a little underwhelmed for a 4* hotel. Staff were lovely, food good but not wonderful. Room was basic, bathroom dirty on arrival! Shower mouldy. Safe didn’t work It’s a little tired. Pool was great, plenty of sun loungers, not enough parasols.
