Ulasan Holiday Inn Milton Keynes - Central

I was assigned to the biggest room 430 in the 4 floor . Although the room is spacious than normal room . It is very dirty . The panel of the aircon is not functioning . Water from the shower is slow . Carpet is not clean when I asked for slipper , staff told me it was our of stock . Not value to money . Swimming pool is not big and half of it assigned for kids for regular swimming lesson .

Great location to the event we went to the staff were friendly. Good bar area on site and close to supermarket. Only downside was the parking was expensive for two days so would be nice for a hotel deal

Everything was good enjoyed our dinner and stay. My daughter loved the pool

For travel this is a good place to choose, the room is tiny and comfortable, the price is fair as well

The room was not as expected from seeing photos online. Bathroom got issues with toilet seat not fixing the toilet, way too small and not clean. Also paint work is clipped and patchy. Pillows really lumpy and uncomfortable. The rest of the room is ok and having access to swimming pool is good but not value for money I would say.

Really good location for shopping, theatre and cinema. parking was limited and expensive. Breakfast was really good. fresh fruit was very good, as was the cooked food elements.

Nice hotel, reasonable priced, decent breakfast. Parking is expensive the only downside. Cleaners didn’t clean my room even though I asked them to. All said I would stay again but though.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.

Room was very clean and the decor was modern and well maintained. Bathroom was of a good size, with a huge shower. The tiles of the bathroom floor need fixing as most have lost the grouting and are wobbly. There was no info about the room or the services offered. The phone in the room did not dial reception either.

Disappointed as we have been a big fan of the Holiday Inn in CMK. The standard room is very standard. For the price we paid, we got a very small room and bed. The amenities are basic for a 4 star holiday. You have to ask for items which are not in the room and limited in what they provided. The AC did not work and was provided with an electric heater. The bed spread is too big for the bed that they tuck it in making it difficult to pull the quilt over you at night. There was a finger nail and hair found in the room. No extractor fan in the bathroom and the shower pressure was poor. I’m guessing our room was on a stairwell or basement because it was extremely cold in the bathroom. However, the location was central but best to park the car around the side of the hotel. The fee to park for the day was £5.40 compared to £15 in the hotel car park. The swimming pool area is in desperate need of renovation and the changing area is unclean. The breakfast is decent but is it worth £17.95 compared to the same breakfast in nearby restaurants for under £7 our answer is no. The waitresses were friendly and helpful especially Freda and Karen. Compared to the many 4 star hotels we have stayed in, this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars.
