Ulasan Ibis Hotel (Xi'anbei Railway Station)

Fasilitasnya sudah tua dan tipe kamarnya sangat tidak sesuai dengan gambar di peron. Wastafel bernoda parah, AC tidak efektif, dan air dari kamar mandi bocor. Fasilitas di dalam kamar ada yang rusak atau tua dan catnya terkelupas Membayar harga tersebut setara dengan mendapatkan kamar double bed biasa Ukurannya sepertiga lebih kecil dari ruangan pada gambar dan tidak memiliki jendela ceruk atau balkon. Ada banyak pilihan di sekitar.

Lingkungan dalam ruangan baik, sanitasi bersih, sikap pelayanan front desk sangat baik, dan disediakan snack, transportasi juga sangat nyaman, sarapannya banyak, dan dekat dengan Stasiun Xi'an Utara, dan disana adalah mobil untuk dijemput dan diturunkan. menyarankan

Fasilitas: Kasur di kamar sangat nyaman dan ada bantal latex, Kamarnya besar dan anak-anak sangat menyukainya. Kebersihan: Pembersihannya sangat bersih dan barang diganti tepat waktu. Lingkungan: Transportasi sekitar juga nyaman dan sangat tenang. Pelayanan: Sikap pelayanan staf sangat baik, Anak tidak sarapan, tetapi staf mengemasnya dan membawanya ke kamar. Lokasinya dekat stasiun kereta cepat di Xi'an. Staf tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris (seperti hampir semua resepsionis di Cina) tetapi mereka sangat membantu. Liftnya agak menakutkan tapi tidak terlalu banyak. Kamarnya bersih dan luas.

1. Dari tadi malam sampai hari ini saat saya check out, seluruh koridor lantai 19 basah. Bau disinfektan sangat menyengat. Saya harus menutupinya dengan kain putih untuk membersihkannya, tetapi kain putih itu sangat kotor dan berantakan. 2. Kamar no 1905, lampu kamar redup dan lampu tidak menyala. 3. Bagian tengah sisi kanan tempat tidur tidak rata dan sedikit roboh, yang merupakan perasaan terburuk. 4. Tirai tidak cukup tinggi dan bagian bawah tidak rapat, sehingga cahaya masuk lebih awal. 5. Meskipun seprai dan penutup selimut telah dibersihkan, warnanya sangat abu-abu dan tua.

The room is very big and staff were trying to help us as much as they can even hough they cannot speak English

Big room with comfortable beds, nice breakfast (mainly Chinese dishes, fresh noodles and wonton) and free (including washing liquid and softener) laundry room to use. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Big spacious twin room. Walking distance to Beiyuan Metro station. Many restaurants surrounding areas and mnay choices. Will stay again if come to Xi'an in future.

Walking distance from the railway station, not too far if take short cut. I took a train from Malaysia to Europe. Xian was a transit city in my itinerary. The laundry machine not working well.

The hotel is conveniently located near the HSR train station. The room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Good price-quality ratio. Location - conveniently located near the metro station and train station. There are many cafes and shops in the area. Rooms - there is enough space, the furniture is fresh. But there was a strong smell from the sewer pipes in my room. The staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfasts - there is enough food, but few Western-style breakfast items.

When we arrived at the hotel my friend was sick AF and was throwing up every 5minutes. Thankfully the room was huge (not like other hotels in china, and to be honest is big even for european standards) so i could enjoy some time in the room by watching drag race global (#teamnehellenia) on the sofa, by watching the view from the window and by taking long walks in the room all of this while he was vomiting in the bathroom. The location is great is just 20min by didi from the airport and 20min from xi'an north railway station by subway (just one stop). Next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat in general. The only downside was that the hotel only had 2 washing machines (very weird since ibis hotel in jiayuguan has several and it is way smaller) and they do greenwashing!!! (the trashcan should is separated for recycling waste and non recycling waste but if you look more closely you realize that inside there's only one bag for the trash. And please please please make sure to visti hua shan mountain it's beautifull up there e soprattutto è pieno di fregni rari con le tette e braccia enormi e bara! BEST HOTEL IN CHINA HANDS DOWN

Good hotel if you need a hotel not too far from Xianbei railway station. Only one stop with the metro and a short walk. Rooms are good in relation to what you pay. Carpets in the hallway need a change. Kind staff!

Hotel was value for money given it location close to shops, 5 minutes from metro etc. Hotel staff excellent and room/ amenities adequate for what you pay. Only gripe was that the hallway on the 13th floor smelt of old urine.  However would stay again.
