To whomsoever it may concern, A fantastic experience, the reception, but overall everybody was exceptionally friendly, professional, and caring for me and my family mother with whom I stayed over. The Maître was and still is top-notch, watchful, diligent, and most meticulous in his and the other waiters/waitresses' professionalism throughout my whole stay. Nothing was exempted from being taken care of. The room janitors were never one bit oppressing but kept the room and bathroom clean. Whenever they sought the right and most comfortable opportunity to clean up the room they took it swiftly and quickly without leaving trace of them ever being there. I suggest observing their behavior as well as acknowledging their effort in keeping every room top-notch clean by giving out a free smile or greeting which costs nothing, and, not only to them but to everyone around as everybody is centered around making this the best experience you've had in Milano Marittima which not every hotel in the area provides or goes that extra mile for. This hotel is, once more, mostly known for customer care and kindliness, exterior beauty as well as organization so you're going to be in great hands.
