Not good enough. No one on reception, no en-suite, didn’t feel that secure

Everything was fine , check in was a little weird but place was clean and vaule for money , id recommend this if on a budget

THEFT! BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! I stayed there with friends in October. When we got back to the room the lock on the door was broken and the cameras in the corridor were turned off. Someone "broke" into the room and robbed us of all things (electronics, cosmetics, clothes, backpacks). The receptionist and the hotel owner were not at all surprised by this situation. They didn't help us. When they found out that there was also an iPhone hidden in the backpack, only then did they become interested that we should go to the police to block the phone... (you can find it by location). It was not peaceful at night, someone was screaming and arguing all the time in the corridor. The case was reported to the police. The next day (on the day of departure) the hotel staff said that the cameras will not be checked, because it does not make sense. The hotel was supposed to report to the insurance company for compensation and to inform about the progress. After many messages, to this day we have not received any message or information.. Probably THE HOTEL ROBBED US of our room! Stay as far away as possible! The worst night ever!

Absolutely disgusting. Dust, spiderwebs everywhere, cold room, heater at the minimum ( no chance to adjust the temperature), no hot water... The worst part. It smells like cigarettes as soon as you open the door. although the reception adviced that smoke is not allowed. It is just disgusting and I am not fuss about smoking, I have never been as most of my family is smoking. But that was too much. Come on, it costs £53 per night, not £20. There are places nearby of better condition for better /same price. Never again.

Buen precio para ser Milán y a 20 minutos en metro del Duomo. Suficiente para tener un lugar donde pasar la noche, cosa normal teniendo en cuenta que tiene 1 estrella.

Prenotato presso hotel Alba poi il pernottamento è avvenuto presso un altro hotel di nome galla a 30 mt di distanza; avendo una sola stella non si può chiedere troppo; si può parlare però della maleducazione della gente; nessuna insonorizzazione, rumori fino alle 3 di mattina inclusi gemiti femminili di piacere; altra nota negativa neanche un lavandino nella camera ed un solo bagno in comune; più che hotel Alba direi tramonto. Sconsigliato a tutti in particolare alle famiglie con bambini.
