#好評#對戶外環境滿意；#負評#對地板清潔度，浴室清潔度，職員友善度，床品質素失望；前台服务很差，从头到底没有一个笑脸。竟然有一次咨询一个问题，不回答，被无视。连住两晚，第一晚竟然不整理床铺，就换了几条毛巾。投诉后竟然说他们三天才换床单。还夸张的是车停在酒店，43刀一晚，问周围有否便宜停车点，直接回答说没有。结果第二天出门发现，隔壁就有停车场，24小时停车只要20刀。真的无语😓

評價比較少，在擔心的情況下盲選了這家酒店😀沒有想到到了以後出乎意料的不錯！樓下有不少好吃的，並且到海濱公園，south beach以及little Havana，design district都不是特別遠的距離，打車在10-20min。酒店很新，不像以往住的一些美國小inn特別舊！真的想要寫下好評，特地拍了照片。沒有特別住在海邊需求，又想要在downtown附近價位合適稍微低一點的可以考慮~ 前台也很有耐心，微笑服務😁

還可以，價格便宜，當時定了五晚，前台服務也很好，後來因為個人原因多加了一晚上，臨時預訂的壞處就是價格翻倍，反正能早點預訂就早點吧

The hotel garage entrance was a bit of a search, GPS had a hard time leading us there. But after the 2nd circle around we got where we need to go

Good downtown location, but extremely noisy. Many cars honking their horns well past midnight make it difficult to get a good nights rest.

The lobby was nice but the room was horrible. Furniture and decor old and dated and the room didn’t feel clean. The carpet was sticky. The area also wasn't the best.

The staff is rude! Food is great. Homeless around but its like that everywhere. Dont change rooms or get your room fixed because they will knock on your door at 230 in the morning with security and freak you out to verify who is in the room.

As we booked late this was one of the only hotels available for school vacation. Staff was fine. Heater/ac unit was so very loud. Restaurant was closed at 10 when we arrived even though the web site said they were open til 10. No beer in the coolers. Convenient to cruise port. Breakfast was delicious.

Check was unremarkable, however there was no instructions on having to use key to access floors in the elevator. My husband and I went out to dinner. On return our keys did not work. My husband went downstairs and had the keys reprogrammed. The keys did not work. We attempted to use the phone in the hall by the elevator, it did not work. My husband went down to the desk and again had the keys reprogrammed. The clerk accompanied him back and we finally got into our room. The next morning, there was no coffee available in the lobby, they were out. It was only 0800. We then decided to use the in room coffee pot. It was not functioning, however, my husband was able to fix it to make us a cup of coffee. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable friendly hotel. Just stayed one night before a cruise and the hotel was perfect for that purpose.

When we got there our room was not ready, that was fine. They later upgraded us to a room that was ready except that room had evidence of bed bugs. Showed the front desk, they apologized and moved our room. The pool was closed for renovations with no note of this fact when booking. Informed us that we would be able to use the pool at a hotel down the street, that was not convenient so we did not bother.
