Very nice area and people. Grocery store and restaurants and mall nearby, walking distance. Cleaning could be a bit better, but was ok. I would stay there again.

The condo appeared amazing in photos. Upon arrival, the hotel and condo seemed unfinished and I was confused on whether it was really a hotel or airbnb. The floor was dirty/dusty and there was urine on the toilet seat. Fridge was beeping due to the freezer door not being able to close, but was fixed promptly upon notifying staff. On a positive note, I was impressed by the Bosch appliances and it was nice having a washer/dryer in our unit. The city center mall was a short walk away and overnight parking was $20, which was convenient.

The property is like a modern apar**ent, it was nice and cozy. The only issue I had was the shower hot water, it doesn’t get hot. The staff was nice, and I was able to check in before check in time which was a plus for me.

they don’t answer the phones or take calls. Poor customer service. I could not make the trip and they never accommodate to change my booking date. poor customer service.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and offered an excellent place for us to get dinner (305 Peruvian). One of the ladies names was Isa and her bright smile welcomed us at the front desk each day. The Hotel location was in easy walking distance to Brickell city center. The train station was also very close. Another item that was appreciated were the 2 pools located on the 8th floor over looking the city.

Booked a room. Called several times with no answer. Once I spoke to them, they couldn’t find the reservation. Since I’m local, I drove to the property and they said they are oversold and do not see the reservation.
Completely unacceptable. Luckily I was local and could find somewhere else to stay.
Inconsiderate and really bad service. Never again.
