Ulasan The Elser Hotel Miami - An All-Suite Hotel

Hotel apartemen ini sangat nyaman untuk ditinggali. Saya memesan suite pemandangan laut dengan pemandangan luas, pemandangan teluk dan kincir ria yang indah. Kamar luas dan nyaman, binatu dan pengeringan, peralatan dapur dan peralatan semuanya tersedia , dan layanan pembersihan tersedia. Ketika Anda kembali dari keluar Peralatan makan bekas, cangkir dan piring telah dicuci di mesin pencuci piring. Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota, dengan transportasi yang nyaman dan layanan parkir khusus. Harganya AS $50 per hari, yang agak mahal tapi worth it.

We have a mixed feeling about this hotel… location was perfect, but room was slightly in a bad condition; door of the wardrobe was falling down, giant stain on a sofa and couple of other things. And the biggest ISSUE was that up on check out they haven’t deducted anything from deposit except for the taxes, and they have ensured that we have settled all the bills and after that i see they have charged my card again for no reason after a week since my check out date!!! Up on check in I have asked several times if i can make deposit via CASH, but they told me that they accept only cards!!! So be careful with this hotel since they can charge you for no reason!

This was my second time there with my family. We spent a week there. The Elser has truly become our second home. Their staff is amazing. George at the front desk goes above and beyond. John, our bellman is very nice as well. He kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. The view from the room is marvelous!!! Truly a gem!

We chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!

This is a great hotel that was centrally located to what I had to do in Miami. That all being said the rooms were not quiet as I could hear mechanical noises all night that kept me up.

The location is great near kaseya, bayside market and church. The hotel is clean and elegant. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Love the pool area and it’s overlooking level. Thanks

房間很大是公寓，幾人出遊很適合，朋友可以住在一起，家庭出遊也不錯。 夜景很好看，冰箱有付費飲料。 服務一般，打電話讓送水好幾次都不來
