Ulasan Chengde Lan Horizon Hotel (Mountain Resort)

Very good service and room, will like to come back again. Highly recommend to friends.

Went with my wife during the October 7 day holiday . Our normal go to place was the Phoenix hotel that was booked. Place was ok. I say a 3.5/5 Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets. The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be. The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot. Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat. No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it. Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

the hotel grounds is very nice but there is nightly stage performance on site in summer which is noisy with music from 1830 and ends at 2200, the noise spoils the experience for guests who want a quiet peaceful retreat on the grassland!

Concierge Liu Hong & her colleague Ms Liu were superb in their recommendations on the better attractions.

1:床上用品枕頭比較舒服、但是1.8米的床感覺有點小、有點像1.5的床、不是很舒服。 2:專門接待旅行團的、有點吵、3:衞生間的淋浴不是很好用、頭頂花灑一開、亂噴、控制水温把手比較松、稍微往左一動就熱、在往右一動又冷、整體看很一般、性價比不高 不如市中心酒店方便、周邊吃的很少。

酒店旁邊有大超市，房間衞生乾淨整潔，隔音效果挺好的，前台後工作人員服務態度不錯，酒店停車場大，停車方便，

套房卧室的景色很不錯，但是大廳看不到河實在是個缺陷。第一天入住由於行李較多，前台小哥哥修俊傑幫忙拿到房間。服務員比較一般，第3天一直催促要來做衞生，我們出門後確連卧室的垃圾都沒倒，第四天要離店了，上午遇到我們問我們是否需要打掃，我説不需要，晚點要退房了，又問我什麼時候退房，回答晚一些，出去走了一圈回來，又問我幾點退房，感覺像是要把我趕走。退房的時候前台索要房卡，我想留個紀念，告訴我一張房卡30元，於是我覺得沒有必要了。

酒店設施很新，住的非常舒服，周邊環境不錯，旁邊還有條漂亮的河，吃飯購物也方便，旁邊有大商場超市、便利店和咖啡店。酒店介紹酒店前台都非常和善，特別是小羅，非常貼心的給加了被子，值得推薦👍👍

位置離高速口很近，離市區也不算遠，很安靜，前台小姐姐服務很好，推薦

酒店的位置還是不錯的，就在路邊，但是離馬路有段距離，不吵！停車場是開放的，地方也夠大。房間比較新，還是智能馬桶，可以加熱。早餐偏中式，味道還行，還有水果！

酒店餐廳很好吃！！特別推薦去吃酒店的雙人套餐。3個人都吃不完又好吃又便宜😭還乾淨。前台很親切。停車很方便，特別大停車場。

酒店住宿還不錯！就是房間空調不太行！可能是中央空調，房間空調就是擺設！熱和冷反正調節了也沒啥區別！ 環境：出行便捷，附近吃的也蠻多的，叫外賣有機器人送上來！ 停車方便！位置很多

這2個月，住了6次了。 設施：房間衹能家居，呼叫小度即可。 衞生：衞生因為有地毯，會有死角，不好打理。 服務：前台積極熱情，小尹和小羅這次印象深刻。 環境：一樓餐廳非常不錯，早餐自助，非常豐盛，午餐和晚餐單點，餐廳服務員能夠禮貌問好，餐廳收銀員也非常🈶禮貌。
