My experience at the hotel was very pleasant. The food was good, the ambience was exceptional, the bed was very comfortable. They clean my room twice a day. I felt very safe, a great location, no items were missing from my Belongings. The next time I am in Mexico City, this is my go to location. Also, Felipe and Alicia We’re very helpful, flexible, and accommodating, a family vibe.

We loved our stay at Casa Altata! The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the layout of the floors worked well for our group (my boyfriend and me in one room, my parents in another, and a large common area between them). The staff is fantastic - they went above and beyond to look out for us, from live music recommendations to arranging day trips. Thank you, Luis and Alicia! Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an adventure, Mexico City surprised me as one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world! This amazing destination has endless things to see and do with the cutest neighborhoods and boutique hotels like this one! I’m so glad I chose Casa Altata for many reasons… The location worked perfect for us - it’s close to everything yet tucked away from the noise on a peaceful street with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful offering tips on places to go and at our service with a smile whenever we needed. The room stayed clean, the food was tasty, WiFi was great and common areas with a desk on each floor are perfect for lounging and working. I felt safe and comfortable which is very important to me. This is a gem; simple, cozy and elegant!

I stayed at Casa Altata for 10 nights and it was delightful in every way. Perfectly comfortable rooms, spacious, great bed and linen, bathroom supplies, great food and the most wonderful, accommodating and kind staff you can imagine. I give this place a 100 out of 10. The hotel is conveniently located in Condesa, a beautiful area in CDMX, close to Roma and close to so many cute restaurants and coffee shops. It's also close to a variety of stores. The area is safe, you can walk around any time.
