Had to stay here so we could get to the next morning for granddaughter to have surgery. Staff was excellent. Understood all the crying and irritation of a 15mth old staying in an unfamiliar place and were willing to explain this to Amy other quest that might be upset with the noise.

It was a nice stay and in a very great location surrounded by stores and restaurants. The water pressure seems to be low in the shower and it doesn't get as hot as I expect it. Everything else was perfect.

Outlets in room didn’t all work. Breakfast was fine though and parking was easy! Neighborhood and surrounding areas seemed a little rundown.

Hardly any water and didn’t get hot and staff did nothing about it. Said everyone’s was that was because of the freezing temperatures which was a lie. We would’ve got our money back and went elsewhere but didn’t want to pack back up considering this was the second hotel we checked into in one night, the other gave us our money back because there was no heat.

Terrible. This ad is completely false. There’s no shower/tub combination, no microwave, and the WiFi didn’t reach the room at all. The man, DP, at the desk was rude, dismissive and too busy FaceTiming to do his job. Do not stay at this hell hole!

This hotel has a well lit parking lot. It is right off the main road in Memphis. It was clean. The room we were in was right off the elevator. So in the morning it was very loud with visitors leaving. There's definitely bad insulation. The room was clean. The beds were nice. The breakfast was mediocre but it's a hotel breakfast. Overall it was a good stay
