"Air wasn't working in one room, and it took most of the night to switch rooms. There was an event during which a physical domestic dispute took place. My kids, 18 to 23, witnessed the bloody mess. We booked 4 rooms for my husband and me and my 4 adult children; hotel seemed frustrated that my children had their own rooms. They're grown. The hotel was getting paid for 4 rooms, plus they had my card for incidentals. I don't see the problem. But... the location was walkable to the sights. It was a decent hotel. The price was great for the quality."

"If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”"

"My husband and I had a good stay room was clean the guy that checked us in that night is very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast could be up graded to a hot breakfast it was pretty lame. Other that had wonderful stay. Thank you."

"Came here for a conference. It was a very convenient experience as the hotel is located along the Main Street and is in walkable distance to Renasant Convention Centre. There is also a Main Street Trolley station right outside the gate, so it is also suitable if you wish to go to somewhere slightly more faraway. Furthermore, there are a few convenience stores/restaurants/pharmacies within 5 minutes walking distance. I would like to recommend here if you want a cost effective option for conferences."
