"Overall very low quality for a Hampton Inn. Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and ****** slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎. The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty."

"It was a horrible experience. The AC was not working, and we were suffocating. We complained to the management, but they did not care at all. No complimentary water or basic amenities were provided. The rooms were dirty and had a bad smell. Moreover, I raised a complaint with Trip.com, but they did nothing. Trip.com does not care about its customers; they only think about money. Once you book through Trip.com, you are on your own. Overall, I have learned never to book hotels or flights through Trip.com unless you already know the property personally. Shame on you, Trip.com."

"Overall, the hotel is decent, but compared to hotels in China, it's on par with an Atour Hotel. It's quite expensive, over 800 [currency], and doesn't include breakfast, or at least the breakfast isn't as good as Atour's – pretty mediocre."

"This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again."
