Hotel & Spa Riad Al Jazira

If you want to have the most amazing stay in Marrakech, this is the place to go! My sister & I stayed here and had the best time all thanks to the staff at this stunning picturesque riad. I feel so grateful I got to stay here because it truly made my trip feel like a fairytale dream. After a short ride from the airport we got dropped off & was met by a Mr to escort us to the hotel because it’s hidden in the heart of the medina. From the moment you arrive, you feel happy, calm & welcomed. Thankyou to Abdulrahim who took time to carefully explain the map of the city and helped me and my sister understand what to do, how far everything was, and planned everything for us to enjoy & maximise our 4 night stay. The rooms are clean and cute with comfortable beds and the rooftop had sun beds to relax on and is lovely also. After we were settled, we had a hamman bath and massage in the Riad and I couldn’t think of a more perfect and relaxing first day. You get treated like a princess here the staff are just so incredible, there’s not even words to describe how much I loved every single thing because anything you could want or need you can have, all you need to do is ask. I didn’t want to leave by the end. No matter what time of night I arrived back, I was always greeted with a friendly smile. The breakfast here is delicious I love the Moroccan crêpe and I’m obsessed with the tea. There is 3 courtyards one with the pool, and two gardens which are all gorgeous. The main square is a short walk away but even if you get lost Abdulrahim made sure we were safe. There’s many attractions very close by and once you feel confident in the surroundings you can walk by yourself which I did one day with no problem. When my sister felt poorly they offered to get any medication she needed, when I wanted to buy tea to take home Abdulrahim came to help me. The owner has 5 other riads which you are welcome to visit and 2 restaurants, we tried the one next to our riad and the food, the people and the vibe was all fantastic. Everything we booked through the hotel was great also; our tour guide was wonderful, we did a hot air balloon and camel ride that was phenomenal, our driver was so lovely. This place makes dreams come true it feels like. Once again Thankyou so much to Abdulrahim, Mustafa, Khalid, the beautiful girls, and everyone who works here. I can’t wait to come back in the future, and I will never forget how well looked after and cared for I was here. I had the time of my life for sure.

A delightful place to stay if you’re looking for an authentic Marrakesh experience. Hidden away (literally!) within the impressive medina, what makes this charming riad such a gem is the level of hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are delightful and there are many courtyards and public areas to relax, as well as an amazing huge roof terrace. The hamam and massage experience was wonderful. The riad is around 15 mins walk from the heart of the medina with its many restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the nearest taxi drop off point. It’s a little bit difficult to find initially! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here, even in the late evening - the area is well lit. Highly recommended 😊

Lovely little hotel, in old town - right inside the Medina. Requires some walking to go back to the center, but definitely worth it. Great, friendly staff and quiet neighborhood, ideal for restful family days.

Beatiful Riad with extremely nice service. We have had a relaxing experience when away from the busy streets. We experienced the spa and had a very good experience. I also recommend their restaurant nearby which besides the delicious food has an excellent service.

Great experience for a couple, we were provided with great food, good customer service and help when needed. The hotel is connected to a restaurant with great tasting food and the room is very peaceful and great for relaxing. There is a pool aswell which is nice.

My friends and I had an amazing stay. From our pickup at the airport to on site spa services to amazing breakfast I can't recommend this location more. Thank you to the amazing staff for your wonderful restaurant recommendation and help navigating the city.

What a stunning riad!!!! The amazing staff working for Marrakech Riads helped my now fiancée arrange a surprise proposal. The riad was a short walk from the souks and the most heavenly destination. I’ll remember this forever. My partner arranged a private dinner overlooking the stunning candle lit pool which the staff went above and beyond to decorate so beautifully. The food was great and the whole setting made it the most special evening. Abu Bakr showed us around the riad and Yassine helped us book a Hammam and massage the next day to celebrate our engagement. This was also a great relaxing way to end our stay in Marrakech. If you’re coming to Marrakech you MUST stay here, it’s just the most gorgeous place and we fell in love with it!

The staff is friendly and helpful but they should wear cleaner clothes. The decoration is poor, damp stains on the wall. Breakfast without any interest, weak products except the orange juice. In February it is very cold at night, although we had an oil heater in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. Rooms quite small and poorly insulated, you can hear all the noise from outside. This Riad has everything to be a good Riad, the staff needs more care and training, it's not enough to be friendly.

I really need to thank all the Riad Staff for the excellent service .. I really enjoyed my visit .. It was more than awesome. Very welcoming staff .. Excellent reception desk .. Excellent room srvice. Best of luck :)
