Riad Ramz

館内は綺麗でしたが、google mapと住所の位置情報が異なり到着まで難しかったのとwifiの案内が無かったりと自分から色々聞かないと教えてくれない宿でした。

Great Riad, the staff was very kind and always ready to help. A big thanks goes also to Khalid the helper and Camilla the property manager who were always smiling and a pleasurable presence within the Riad.

I stayed at this riad over half-term with two children (9 & 16)and we had a very happy time. We were originally supposed to be staying at Darikalimo but were given the option of a nicer room in this brighter, more spacious Riad just next door… the location is very good as it’s a short walk to the souks and all the attractions of the Medina are nearby. We ate breakfast on the roof each day, which was a variation of local bread, butter and jam/honey and on various days we had cake, eggy bread and homemade pancakes. Plus tea/coffee and delicious fresh orange juice. My son was given fresh milk and bananas each day on my request and no charge was ever sought. The riad staff were all happy, generous with their time and helpful in the extreme, whether it was with directions, making restaurant reservations or personally taking me to the nearby laundrette and an interiors shop that wasn’t marked on any map. The decor is fresh and airy. Our beds were made daily and decorated with flower petals. My only negative is that it could be a bit noisy in the night but it didn’t bother us. If you are noise sensitive, you may wish to consider if riad living is a good idea for you. WiFi is patchy but if you need fast speeds for downloads, you can almost always find it in nearby restaurants/bars.

Non ho davvero parole. Dico solo questo: HO TROVATO UNO SLIP SPORCO FEMMINILE APPENSO NEL BAGNO. Il personale non sapeva parlare inglese. Non c’era la carta nel bagno, lo shampoo era finito come anche il bagnoschiuma. E nessuno lo ricaricava. Struttura lontana dal centro. Quando prenoti con ******* PAGHI “TASSE ED ONERI”…. LI HANNO PRETESI DI NUOVO APPENA GIUNTI IN STRUTTURA. Ma sapete la ciliegina sulla torta? NON SI CHIAMA RIAD RAMZ SI CHIAMA IKALIMO…. Non ho davvero parole. Un incubo!!!! NON LO CONSIGLIO NEMMENO AL PEGGIOR NEMICO Je n'ai vraiment pas de mots. Je dirai juste ceci : J'AI TROUVÉ UN PANTALON FEMME SALE ACCROCHÉ DANS LA SALLE DE BAINS. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais. Il n'y avait pas de papier dans la salle de bain, le shampoing était terminé ainsi que le gel douche. Et personne ne l'a rechargé. Structure éloignée du centre. Lorsque vous réservez avec *******, VOUS PAYEZ DES « TAXES ET FRAIS »... Ils les ont de nouveau demandés dès leur arrivée à la structure. Mais connaissez-vous la cerise sur le gâteau ? CELA NE S'APPELLE PAS RIAD RAMZ, CELA S'APPELLE IKALIMO…. Je n'ai vraiment pas de mots. Un cauchemar!!!! JE NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS MÊME AU PIRE ENNEMI I really have no words. I'll just say this: I FOUND A DIRTY FEMALE PANTS HANGING IN THE BATHROOM. The staff could not speak English. There was no paper in the bathroom, the shampoo was finished as was the shower gel. And no one reloaded it. Structure far from the centre.
