There was a snafu at check-in as I dragged my luggage to the second floor (or first in UK) floor room, only to find another guest and her dog in the room. Then I was given a first (or ground) floor room. The room is of an OK size and the small desk is actually big enough for working with your laptop. For the price, this place is OK. On major bus routes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Walking distance to the Etihad Stadium. Breakfast was good.

I arranged a community event for around 30 people at this Travelodge for the second year running, about two thirds of the attendees stayed at the hotel. Everyone enjoyed the event and the hotel facilities are just fine. We dined in the hotel restaurant on the Friday and Saturday evenings, no problems with the food, the Chicken Curry was the favourite amongst our group and got some rave reviews. I enjoyed my veggie curry too! The hotel brought an extra chef in to prepare our orders so we appreciated that. Thanks to Lucie, Becky and Miracle for the great service. The hotel staff lead by Jade (who was helpful, friendly and chatty throughout) took good care of our group and were always there when needed. No problems with the parking - we brought a lot of vehicles but there was still plenty of parking for ourselves and other guests. Room was fine, bed was comfy and enjoyed a good, quiet night's sleep each evening.

It's about a 45 min walk from the town centre, it's peaceful, the staff are really friendly and helpful. It was a good stay. The bottomless breakfast buffet was particularly nice.

Greeted on arrival by management that were not ‘happy to help’. Standards at this hotel are poor, the offering you book and pay for online is not what you get.

worth the money you paid. £9.9 for breakfast is not recommended. noise insulation is not so good. I can heard people talk next to my room.
