THE BEST HOTEL EVER. GOOD PARTY, ROOM CLEAN, MODEREN HOTEL, FOOD WONDERFUL, WORKING PEOPLE FRENDLY. WE SPEND THE BEST HOLIDAY.

We are currently at the hotel. We made a reservation six months ago based on Setur's recommendation, as it had high customer satisfaction on Google. However, from the moment we arrived, we noticed serious organizational and management issues. Our room had mosquito and cleanliness problems. We called customer relations and requested pest control, left the room, but upon our return, it hadn't been done. When we asked, they said they had no mosquito spray, only bug spray. We requested mosquito repellents, but despite using them, the mosquitoes bit the children. The mosquitoes are so advanced that it’s clear no pest control has been done for a long time. Additionally, the room wasn't properly cleaned. The floor and sinks were dirty when we entered. The next day, when we told the staff about this, they said the mold must be under the silicone and that we shouldn't use the sink for them to clean it. The sink doesn't drain properly due to an incorrect slope, according to the staff. So, there's no solution. We booked a family room, but the parent's room has no door. There's one shared door that doesn't have a lock, so there's no privacy as you end up sleeping with the children. After 12:00 AM, you can't reach reception, customer service, or room service. On the first day, I had stomach and intestinal issues. Despite informing them about my allergies at check-in, there were no suitable food options at the poolside and seaside restaurants. When we mentioned my condition and requested suitable food, they said they couldn't help outside the menu. So, if you have stomach, intestinal, or allergy issues, you'll go hungry. Moreover, they didn’t allow me into the poolside restaurant, even though I was wearing a skirt, because I had a bikini top on, saying I needed to cover up. It was 40°C. So, you have to go to the restaurant fully dressed during the day on your vacation. It's a very tiring hotel. If you have a reservation, we recommend canceling it; we are currently looking for another hotel. If you want your once-a-year vacation to be a nightmare, you can visit here. The hotel descriptions are not accurate. This is our first time here, and frankly, we are disappointed. We do not plan to come again and do not recommend it to others.

The hotel is great and I 100% recommend it for a great stay! The building is modern and classy, the rooms are very nice, great food and amazing pool. The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel by foot, but they also have a bus in case you don’t want to walk, and the beach is amazing. The only thing I felt was not up to the standard were the cleaning services - we used to leave the room at 8:30 and come back at 12:30 and most days the rooms were not cleaned at all - or, in the days when the housekeepers did come in, they would only refill with seemingly random products. For instance, at a certain point our room had 9 bottles of shampoo and no shower gel - and refilling the mini bar also seemed arbitrary. There was also a plate with leftover food that was left next to the elevator for 2 days until we left, which gave the sense that there the cleaning wasn’t very rigorous for a 5 stars hotel. Another thing to keep in mind - and this might be a cultural thing as well - is that the staff is very persistent in trying to sell additional services, to the point where it might be perceived as unpleasant. Each time when picking up and dropping the beach towels I would get approached by the lady I charge of the special wellness services that would be extremely vehement in trying to make me buy a massage or wellness session, to the point where I ended up avoiding the area altogether and not using any of the free spa services. Similarly, when we went to make reservations for the a la carte restaurant, the customer relations representative asked us to help with a review on google and Trip Advisor, which is completely normal, but also insisted we write the review while we are at her desk so that she can check it out before we submit it (which is why I am now editing the initial review). All in all, I would return to Hotel Bosphorus any time and I completely recommend it, as the inconveniences were minor and didn’t heavily affect our overall experience.

The hotel is nice , the personell is very friendly but is the first hotel where if you want a juice in the morning you have to stay in a line and usually takes 10-15 minutes. During the day , for a beer the queque is so big that for 1 beer you spend 25-30 min . No snacks, no fruits for kids. During meals the queque is so big that you also spend 25-30 min to get some food. At the moment of review we’re still here but I won t recommend it. If this happens when the hotel isn t too crowded, i don t want to think what will happen in next months. From Thursday until Sunday no one came in our room to clean. I had to go to reception to ask them to send someone. For me, no, i spend in 3 days more than 5 hours in queque lines to get some beer or juice. While it should be a 5 star…basically is far away for it.

Everthing is excellentt!!!! Very, veryy friendly personal. Clean, party is everyday and coctail is the best. Good choise for us. Next time will see ya. 😄😄 My hasband dringing bear every moment and happy for this, this is the best moment of my life thank you so much.

The hotel was amazing. Close to the beach and the rooms were clean. Merve from the guest relations department was amazing, she helped us with information and reservations.😀😀😀, 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
