I have been staying at this hotel for 10 days, and the bathroom and kitchen amenities are lacking. I have requested room cleaning more than seven times, but no one has come within 24 hours. Whenever I ask for anything, it takes at least an hour to arrive. The service is extremely poor , and my first impression is very disappointing.

The room is clean, very good bed linen, but the toilet flush did not work, water was constantly flowing, We stayed for one night, so we did not bother, There is a final stop for bus 42,41 near the hotel, which is quite convenient, but the bus takes a long time to get to the city center

This place is cheaper than other hotels. The room is not small and two breakfasts are included. Breakfast is not buffet style, you need to order it, there are American, Arabic, etc. American has a lot of carbohydrates, which is very filling. There is a bar on the third floor or some other floor, which will be active until late and is quite noisy, so it is best to get a high floor. But 500 yuan for a standard room with breakfast is already very good in this place in Bahrain.

The receptionist gave a smoking room even though the booking was no smoking because it was full, the sheets and blankets had stains, at first they weren't replaced, they protested and then they were replaced, there was live music in the hotel until 02.30 a.m. it could be heard in the room, they protested because it was very noisy and I couldn't sleep, then they were moved to upstairs, apparently there was an empty room, the receptionist had no respect for me, 60 years old, I was given a room close to live music
