Ulasan Niagara Hotel

Receptionist was friendly and helpful and allowed us to choose our room but we were disappointed they had old pictures of a jacuzzi tub on the booking which is no longer available. We had a long flight so slept in the next day and cleaner knocked on the door at 12, we asked him to.come back in 30 min so we could freshen up and leave and he said it would be too late for him, so we had no cleaning for the 2 days we stayed. I thought this was very rude. we had a few issues with light bulbs and the power on the door going so our key didn't work, but both were solved very quickly. Location is 1 hour from airport and another 40-60 min from Seoul attractions so we found it very inconvenient as a tourist. No food shops close by, a CU is close but you need a car or taxi to get around. We liked our room, the view was nice and the corner suite made it feel bigger.

There's nothing for me to complain about. The room was perfect and the staff were nice.

I had stayed in the Niagara Hotel for 3 days first and then another 3 days after a one day bike ride off Seoul in April 24. My pick on the hotel because it is very easy for me to enter into the comprehensive cycling networks in Seoul (and off Seoul). Another good point is that a subway station is within the walking distance from the hotel that I can pull my bike case along. Although the hotel only has a cafe at the lobby, there are local restaurants and convenience shops nearby; notwithstanding some homework in advance will be needed because menu in English is very rare in the city. Since all rooms of the hotel are facing in one direction, open and nice river views are provided for the rooms.

The quality is good for it’s price and the location is also convenient. The room is tidy and clean. Overall the experience was good.

It was great and found the perfect location for my trip in Seoul.

Comparing my previous memory in the past, hotel service is getting downsized therefore no breakfast. For facilities there need to be additional electricity outlet to charge various things compare to before.

Nice hotel but it definitely needs an update into a more modern look. Furniture and room looks aged. The theme is nice, like a nice tub and the beautiful view but I hated the carpet, it looked like it needed to be change out.

第一、淋浴噴頭太高，且不能調節（損壞）衹能洗頭。 第二、淋浴間的下水與外間地平較低，水會溢出導致拖鞋泡水。 第三、晚上只有一個前台工作人員，任何服務都會被告知晚上只有一個人，不能提供任何服務。
