The staff in the hotel are extremely lovely and they try their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Matina is wonderful and just brings a smile to my face everytime I enter and exit the hotel. Elina was so kind to extend my checkout time despite the hotel being fully booked. Last but not least, the breakfast staff were so patient and always polite and lovely. Otherwise of course the hotel requires maintenance and the area is too crowded as any populated city, so if you go with the right expectations you will enjoy your trip, otherwise if you have high expectations I recommend booking somewhere else.

This hotel has an excellent location, metro station right in front as well as other transportation. The accomodation are regular ones, compensated by excellent breakfast service. The setback goes to cleanliness and facilities conditions.

1. the Air Condition is not in the room controllable 2. the furniture and other things are old 3. he small kitchen has no light and therefore its not possible to use it. Reception says its not possible to repair 4. one day, till 15.20 room not cleaned; 5. house keeping on the phone not reachable, 24 hours line busy 6. the not functional Kitchenette is dirty , without dishes and cutlery 7. in the room there are coffee cups but without saucer; there arent any tea leaves 8. in the room there are Illy coffee capsules but there isn’t a coffee machine !! 9. for people leaving in the morning early, its not possible to get a breakfast package. In my opinion the hotel has 2 stars till 3 stars quality, its overpaid , shure not a 5 star!

The hotel location is so good. But all facilities are not maintained well. Also, the breakfast is ok.

給了一個無障礙房217，中庭二樓距離換氣扇。空調較近，有點聲音，玻璃隔音還行，不過還是少開窗户，有點味道。早餐還是挺好吃的。周圍中餐館多，富麗華價格便宜，味道也可以。亞洲美食貴點，環境好，適合商務宴請。周圍***較多，注意安全。

部屋は広いがロビーは狭い、トイレットぺーパーの補充がなかった。バスルームは下水の臭いがした。

Sarebbe potuto andare meglio, ho prenotato e pagato una stanza con vista sulla città ed invece mi hanno dato una camera con vista cortile….

和市區很近，到市區各個景點很方便，樓下有24小時餐廳，吃飯方便

在攜程的網站此酒店是五星，但到達酒店時，大堂非常小，根本看不出是五星酒店，另外早餐時間只得一個服務員，怎麼可能是五星呢！另外早餐非常一般，煎蛋有很多倒汗水浸著，非常難吃，在官方網站查看此酒店放置放置原來是四星，感到失望，希望能跟進此酒店星級，因為我一路都很支持及相信攜程，但今次確實失去了信心
