Very clean and no bad smell even the room is carpeted. The room is spacious and bright. But the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

I always enjoy my stay at the Delta in Guelph. Great staff, wonderful atmosphere, and room is a 10! Thanks for another great stay.

Expensive (468/night!) and the front desk staff were rude and very inhospitable. Never would I stay there again based on the level of service received.

The staff were the best part of this hotel. The gym is all right, but not really at the level of a convention center. Lots of food options around. Super safe and has tons of on-site parking

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was spacious. T. I would've liked to know in advance that passes to a nearby gym facility was part of the hotel price (as best I understand) and to know whether it had a pool. he hotel was near to the university, which was convenient for my purposes, but the dining options within walking distance were relatively sparse. There was a grocery store, though.

Provided upgrade, which was nice. Property was clean and excellent staff, ecspecially reception.

We stay here every Christmas where we are close to family to drive too. It has always been a nice get away for us for the couple of nights and will continue to do so as long as our kids live in Guelph.
