Everything great, very modern and new room. Everything very clean. Good connection with the metro and in 10 minutes in the center of Paris. 100% recommendable.

Our stay was exceptional! The room was spotless, with many amenities and a huge cosy bed. The room was big enough to let us work from the room with no problem at all in terms of space and WiFi connection. The location is perfect for exploring the city: only 15 minutes driving from the Tour Eiffel and all the main touristic places. We (I especially) loved the delicious breakfast options served each morning: bio products, healthy options, and very rich. Lunch and dinner options are nearby, within walking distance (several restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacy). The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. A big shout-out to the director Alessio, receptionists, and breakfast staff! You are doing great! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting for work or vacation!

Clean and simple suites. Don't let the official photos fool you: My suite was much more basic. The reception is friendly, and I did not try their breakfast. The trouble I had with this hotel is the area in which it is located. Malakoff is a blue-collar neighborhood in which I felt safe but where I found it hard to find a decent place to eat. Cafes for breakfast are sparse. The one I tried close by had only coffee, not even a sandwich. There is a decent Vietnamese restaurant almost next door. There is no subway station close by, and the best way to get to Port de Versailles (subway) is with bus 191 and tram T3A from Porte de Vanves This tram also takes you to Cite Universitaire train station where you can catch the train to CDG airport. It is workable but just not convenient.

My husband and I stayed here for 15 days during the summer in August. I didn’t have the highest expectations when I booked our room because of the low ratings but I’m glad we took our chances. Check-in process was smooth and staff were very friendly and welcoming. When we got into our room, it was better than I expected. The bed was fairly comfortable, free wifi was provided, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals, although the shower was tight (if you are wider built like my husband, it was slightly tight for him) but it wasn’t a big deal. We knew before booking this room that there was no AC so we were prepared for that. The room had a fan which was good enough for us. I noticed there was no iron/ironing board in the room so I went to the front desk and they were able to provide us with one during our stay. They don’t clean the rooms everyday and only cleaned it once during our 15 days there but again, we knew that before we booked so that wasn’t an issue. We walked around in the area quite a bit (even past 10pm) and it seemed pretty safe. It’s only about an 8 min walk to the metro and you could be in the heart of Paris in minutes. We went to Intermarché for our groceries which was only a 5 min walk from our room. The only thing we didn’t like was the room smelt like someone had smoked in it even though it was a non-smoking room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again. It was so much cheaper to stay here than in Paris where prices for rooms are over double the price.

I left a fairly positive initial review after our first stay at the end of 2024, but the results are more negative after several stays between November 2024 and April 2025. A total of 16 nights booked several months in advance. Each time, you have to pay the bill upon arrival. Why not if you get the bill right away for verification? Except that it is only given at the end of the stay and never matches. Comprehension problem (language)? Software problem? There were a lot of us during these stays and all our colleagues encountered the same inconveniences. Surprising all the same, especially when the rates are negotiated year-round! As I had pointed out, the breakfast room is very cramped and you sometimes have to share a very small table with a stranger. Not the most pleasant way to start the day. The location of the coffee machine at the entrance obviously hinders people's comings and goings. Furthermore, the "big guy" who welcomes us is not the most pleasant (like a "bouncer" in a nightclub). As for the rooms, if they have been renovated, it is with the lowest costs and the work carried out by the worst workers. Need a room for people with reduced mobility, the one on the 4th floor has an unusable bathroom. The drain was positioned high up. As a result, the shower water stagnates and accumulates right in the middle, and we wade through several centimeters of water. In addition, the drain was blocked by a pile of trash that had probably never been removed for years. As for the rest, there are numerous defects, lack of maintenance and care throughout the studios and poor soundproofing. In summary, for a possible other stay in Malakoff, we will choose another accommodation, even one further away.

In Malakoff, near Paris. This apartment hotel near the town hall offers accommodation with kitchenette. The bedding is good, the shower has a plastic curtain!!! And the breakfast is limited. At this price even in PARIS I expect something else

Pas trop mal placé, 5 mns du métro mairie de montrouge et 15mns de Montparnasse, parking dispo (payant mais parking !! on est à Paris !!) L'appart est bien excepté les toilettes beaucoup trop petites, je ne suis pas concernée mais personne obèse s'abstenir, vous ne pourrez pas vous assoir ! je trouve un peu dommage de ne pas prendre en compte ce détail important (faire pipi ou autre en étant bien installé quand on est âgé ou qu'on a de l'embonpoint, il faut pouvoir s'assoir correctement sur une cuvette !

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appart-hôtel proche de Paris. L'accueil est fort sympathique. Le parking intérieur sécurisé est un vrai plus même au prix de 15€. Le studio est propre. La salle de bain est bien équipée. La literie est bonne. L'ensemble mériterait un coup de rajeunissement mais pour le prix c'est pas mal.

Hôtel équipé de petits studios, tous identiques, dans le bâtiment au fond de la cour. Avantage, c'est plutôt calme. Rapport qualité prix très correct même si les chambres et salles d'eau mériteraient un rafraîchissement pour un meilleur aspect. Comme souvent dans ce type d'hébergement, le ménage, le changement des serviettes et des draps sont effectués contre supplément à la demande. Un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est proposé à 17.00 €. Produits plutôt bons et suffisamment variés. Le gros inconvénient est la salle beaucoup trop petite où les clients sont obligés de partager de petites tables guéridons ! Pas super le matin de devoir partager son petit-déjeuner avec un ou une inconnu (e). L'accès est possible 24H sur 24 à condition d'avoir déjà sa carte magnétique, sinon la réception est fermée le soir et la nuit. Un parking souterrain est proposé en option. Presque indispensable car c'est compliqué dans le quartier pour stationner. Il y a des bornes de recharges juste devant l'établissement. Le métro est environ à une dizaine de minutes à pied. En résumé, c'est plutôt un bon choix en étant très proche de Paris.
