We had an amazing stay at Arimasansoh Goshobessho! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel & rooms itself are incredibly comfy and cozy, with a warm, intimate atmosphere and a delightful wood scent that adds to its charm. The amenities were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations (very good French toast, and onion soup) such a great way to start the day! A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kindness and efficiency in returning the Apple Watch we accidentally left behind—it was much appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

The room is large and well-equipped. The gold bath in the room is a little small, but the public bath is OK. It is very comfortable with few people. The hotel's kaiseki cuisine is very unique.

The staff pays special attention to the needs of the guests. And they are polite and decent. The hotel's entrance and public areas are very beautiful. The air is fresh. But the guest rooms may have been designed earlier. It is dark. And the villa has a very high ceiling. I feel unsafe sleeping on the bed at night. It's a pity that the window is not a floor-to-ceiling window. I can only see some green. In fact, the scenery outside is very beautiful. It's a pity. I can't see it in the guest room. The room facilities are old. But the leather of the sofa is very good. The table is a good log. There is no peculiar smell in the room. There is a little log fragrance. But I just think the design is old? The bathroom has a sauna and hot spring. But the bathtub in the hot spring is very old. The bath plug is still pulled by a chain. The bed is a little collapsed. It doesn't sleep well. The pillow also feels like it collapses. It's not like the quality of a hotel that costs 6,000 yuan a night. The minibar is also charged. There is a fruit bowl in the room. But it is fake fruit. This is rare. The breakfast is very good! The taste and service are very high quality. And it is a small private room. So I was thinking while writing this review. Am I satisfied or dissatisfied?! Will I come again? The service is very good. This service and this price are worth it. But I don't know how to evaluate the hardware of the guest room. I don't think I will like this room and don't want to stay there again. The hotel staff is very good. The service is very good. So I like this service. You can experience it yourself! Except for the guest room, everything is very good.

Not worth it. We spent 20,000 yen to book two rooms for 5 people. We had breakfast and dinner when we arrived, and paid an additional 160,000 yen when we settled. The room was big, but the floor was too high to be comfortable. The hot spring in the room was not open-air, but only in the bathtub. The public bath was very small, with only a small pool. The Kaiseki cuisine was average, and the breakfast was Western style.

1. When checking out, I was inexplicably charged more than 80,000 yen. Meals and service fees were added to the guests without any inquiry or communication. Moreover, the food was very poor. The waiter asked me to cook whatever ingredients were available. Everyone must confirm clearly when checking in. 2. The room is old and you can hear continuous noise after falling asleep.
