Good location, price is good, staff are nice, 3 beds room, but hotel parking is full. Need to park outside parking lot and it’s cheaper

I am impressed by their memory foam pillow. I had a very good sleep. Car parks get full easily but reception will divert you to the parking nearby Facilities is a bit dated but you get what you pay.

Cosy room which is very clean. Close to a number of restaurants and a megadonki. Excellent service by the hotel staff, and paid parking available.

Sizeable room with ample good moving space for guests, by Japanese standard. Breakfast served with good quality of foods in a well decorated dining hall.

Customer service was nice and welcoming. Did his best to converse in English with us. Toilet looks old and has a smell. Other than that the room is acceptable. The parking is at basement and there is no lift to the lobby.

Quite dated actually, breakfast decent. Parking lot is a 2 minute outdoor walk.

The hotel is very close to JR Miyazaki and it takes about 8 minutes of walk to get there, so it is really convenient. The room is really big, and this is unlike most hotels in Japan in the city center. The only criticism is that there is no hot water in the showers. The waters are lukewarm at best, and hot water is really important in the winter.

Very close to the JR Miyazaki station, and very convenient. Hotel room is clean and not small. Some staff can speak very well English and very patient and kind. They were willing to help when we book a wrong room type, tried to search the available non smoking room for us.

Big room, have parking paid 1000Y per day, near shopping and restaurants only less than10 minutes walk.
