Terrible hygiene, poor response from staff, and rude behaviour too. Also they were not even ready to extend the checkout time by 10 mins

good Deluxe room 😀 good maintenance hot water is not working 👍 service not so good we need to provide both members id proof 🧾 in this type primary is enough to provide IDs. bedsheets were not well.only one towel were provided there is no inside door lock only key lock is available they can access our room any time by having master key..
if there are any couples try another hotel.

Terrible room and no standard of hygiene maintained. Air conditioner was faulty and overall cleanliness was neglected. Good things were the location and courteous restaurant staff. Owner was kind and helpful too.

Room were not clean. They are not giving water bottles for the room, they were saying it is not in their policy. Whatever showing in picture it is not matching 10%even.
