New Orient Landmark Hotel

This hotel has in its location the online positive point. 5 min walking distance to city center, easy access to transportation. The service is the worst you can get. It’s dirty, old and apparently the staff could not care less in keep the place within a minimum of conditions. Although I stayed in one of the supposed to be higher comfort rooms it had zero amenities, even the place for the hair dried was empty. Less empty was the minibar had empty packages from “precious guests” which nobody cleaned and removed. The sofa also very dirty and had rubbish under the pillows proving that no cleaning has ever happened there. The goes to toilet namely the shower area that looked like a warzone.

When i was checking in, the Filipino staff asked me if i have nucleic acid test, “ Im sorry I don’t have” my replied. Then she told me that the NAT is required for checking in. So i have no choice but to go to the nearest NAT station to undergo NAT test for me to be able to check in. Just wonder, the other guest checking in next to me didn’t ask by the staff if they have nucleic acid test. Im not sure if it is inconsistencies by the staff for apply the rules and regulations of the hotel. And i feel bad about it. Definitely, i will not come back to this hotel anymore.

I didn't really like the way we were treated. We also had no electricity for a while and the room was not very clean.

Was a worse stay I ever have I make a reservation for two days but my room haven’t been clean it the bedding haven’t been changed the swimming pool is open 9 to 9 but they make a limited time for staying in the pool they didn’t trick us like a guest in the hotel

THE WORST HOTEL IN MACAU I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED .... THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME I WAS BARRED TO ENTER ON THIS HOTEL I ALREADY LOST MONEY FOR TWICE EVEN THEY CANT EXPLAIN TO US THE REAL REASON .... DONT EVER TRY TO BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AS YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST DAY OF YOUR LIFE

this hotel has a strict restriction state that you must present a valid NAT upon check in without a NAT you won't be allowed to stay..... waste of time waste of money so better to booked in other hotel than here

Please provide accurate information regarding head gear when going to the swimming pool. From website to room don’t have any information on it, very disappointing that we did not get into swimming without head gear, though housekeeping have shower cap but, still not allowed to swim😞 also room cleanliness is poor due to have so many hair and debris in bathroom however housekeeping is very attentive in guest need and request

中秋去澳門玩一玩，疫情期間，酒店地點在星際酒店和澳門永利旁邊，價格很實惠，風格很歐式豪華，還免費升級了豪華套房，好評！缺點，三樓**衹有百家樂，可玩性不足哈，雲石地板沾水很滑，要格外小心。
