Hotel dekat Casa Garden, Macau

A fabulous location, decor and super clean but that bed! Wow, it is a hard one even by Chinese standards. Would have also been nice to be able to open a window to the outside. Except for these two things it is a lovely place and very well kept. I would have loved to give the perfect review for this place and if they can get some softer beds it would be fabulous!

The sad thing was that they strictly follow the schedule no check-in’s before 2. I already got used that in China Mainland you can leave your things, take a shower and go exploring even if you came early. Even in HK hotel they checked us in 1 hour earlier. The good thing is that rooms are big, especially compared to HK. Smoking is strictly prohibited but, sadly people seems like don’t care. Everyday around 10 o’clock our room smelled like a cheap bar 😰 seems like the neighbors were smoking in the bathrooms. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal (500m) from where you can get anywhere you need. Also close to the bus stops.

The hotel so nice and clean. We regret we only have one night stay in Macau with this hotel. The hotel just walking diatnce to the Ruins of St. Paul, hope to visit Macau again.

The hotel is located in a small lane and taxi can't go in, the driver didn't know the hotel and couldn't find it, he dropped me off nearby and I had to ask around and it took me 15 mins to walk and found it. The room is small and with moldy smells when opening the door, it took a while to go off after turning on the Aircon, the toilet size is Ok and clean, the bed is comfortable for me, the window view can see opposite houses about 3m away only. The wall socket is similar to Hong Kong UK 3-Pin type but the Kettle and Hairdryer are China's Plug, so need adapter and you can borrow it from the Reception. I wonder why they put a flower pot under the Hanging clothes area? It may easily fall down when I hang my clothes but luckily it's glued so no problem. The surrounding has many local foods and shops and Shopping Mall nearby. Overall, this is the first time I stayed in a small hotel hide in a small lane and Taxi can't reach it, I check-out next day is a rainy morning, I have to pull a big luggage with a gift items bag and walk under the rain for 50m to wait for a Taxi at roadside, luckily bought a small umbrella with me but still half wet when getting on board a Taxi.

One of the only reasonably priced hotels in Macau that has rooms with 3 beds for 3 adults. Great location (quiet, near everything), nice views from upper floors, fantastic staff. Excellent local dimsum resto attached to lobby. The roast duck with rice plate is amazing.

Excellent location, being situated close to Sao Paulo ruins and Monte fort would have been nice when new and a bit run down but comfortable enough and very good value overall.

i am a woman and a foreigner who traveled to macau alone for a concert, and couldn’t afford a very expensive one, and i think this one fit my needs enough. there is a bus stop nearby and 7/11 that was convenient when i arrived at night and can just walk there quickly. there is currency exchange centers closeby too which was convenient. the staff always replenished my water bottles and toothbrushes when i was out which was nice. i felt safe enough here and if i go to macau again i could consider it for a budget friendly option! i didnt take a photo of the room but i have this from outside the window, i stayed on the second floor :)

This was a very nice stay away from main Casino district (Taipa) in Macau, and we (as a family) loved it. Let me give you few bullets 1. After booking, I send email to hotel, but there was no reply for 48 hours. 2. when enquired through Trip.com, though the booking was with Club Millesime, the first answer was no access to Longue. When enquired again, Longue access was confirmed (sound like they obliged). 3. Reaching Hotel by taxi (from HZMB port) is appx 30 minutes taxi ride (120 HKD) - on reaching hotel, we found they have bus from the port every 30 minuets - details missing on their website. 4. Check-in experience was good, no delay, no unnecessary question. 5. Pleasent surprise was level of English-speaking staff at hotel. we always found someone to talk to and find required information. 6. Club Millesime (Longue - L17) available for food three times a day - Afternoon High tea, Late evening Happy Hours and morning Breakfast. Though the food options are limited (specially for Vegetarian people), we found the place enjoyable. 7. We explored the old city (opposite to hotel) in afternoon, and it was wonderful experience. we went to Fort and Wall and possibly best narrow streets in the world. 8. Rooms were good, comfortable sleep, nice TV options (TV speakers were bad while watching movie). 9. Sofitel is working hard on Environmental stuff, you can see it everywhere in room. No water bottle, no plastic, no loose item for tooth paste, lotion, shampoo, comb etc. 10. Morning breakfast (at L6) was good, good spread and many items were fresh. During holiday period, you may need to way for some time. There were a few vegetarian options for breakfast. 11. Checkout process was very easy. 12. I couldn't experience fitness center, swimming pool and restaurant due to other priorities. check few photos (room details for more information.

It is a well cleaned hotel, i spends three night in the hotel, the room is as is shown pictures and it is very good for someone who need to explore all Macau's place due to its location. i Can recommend you the same Hotel at all. i din not took the room pictures but i can share the neighboring amazing Area. few km to Macau tower and 10metter to Bus stop

I think royal hotel provides excellent service to guests, especially the housekeeping staff, very caring and consideration.. we will definitely come back next time .
