It was a very good stay. I walked around with the tour guide and deeply experienced the philosophy of light and shadow in the garden. One day of dinner was Japanese Kaiseki and the other day was Aman restaurant, each with its own characteristics. It was a pity that I didn't meet Chef Takagi again for Japanese Kaiseki (I met him in his hometown Zeniya a few years ago). It is a recommended hotel, and it is also one of the Aman hotels with Japanese Kyoto characteristics.

Fortunately, I stayed at the famous Park Hyatt Kyoto 701. When checking in at the lobby, the service staff knelt down to serve throughout the whole process. I could enjoy sake, champagne, etc. at the same time. It happened to be a guqin performance at 5 o'clock. The whole check-in experience was smooth and full of senses. When I entered the room and the service staff opened the window, I was intoxicated by the real scene even if I had watched many videos before. During my stay, I saw the red leaves of the ancient pagoda and even the rainbow in the early morning, which was poetic and picturesque. The room supplies are basically the same as other Park Hyatts around the world, and there is no merit or demerit. The breakfast on the second day was mediocre because I had tried the breakfast at Kyoto Yamato before, so I chose Western style this time. The buffet had Chinese buns and rice dumplings, which were quite authentic. The dishes ordered were also amazing, and the udon noodles were delicious. At the breakfast location, you can see the comings and goings of people in Ninenzaka, and even feel that you are part of the street. A small complaint is: there seems to be an exhaust vent for the heating system under room 701. There will be intermittent white smoke floating in the autumn and winter. When the smoke is heavy, it affects the viewing experience. If you want to take pictures, you have to wait for a while. I hope the hotel can make adjustments in the future.

The hotel is very pretty, Andre Fu never fails to impress! Breakfast was nice with good variety to choose from, would be great if we can have a drink menu as well. The room was a bit small for 3 ladies and the bathroom is quite transparent. Would be great if switchable smart glass is used instead for the bathroom window for privacy. Despite the minor inconvenience, the bathtub is amazing and spacious. It’s perfect for couple. The thermal spring is clean and is usually not busy. The hotel provides swim suit for guests as it is a mixed pool. The service was smooth and the environment is very relaxing. The only thing we didn’t like about the spring was that there is no natural lights as it is located in the basement. Don’t miss out on the morning breathing session! Special shoutout to the concierge team as they very efficiently helped us with restaurant and workshops recommendation and bookings prior to our arrival. Taxis were arranged promptly every time. We had a really good time in Kyoto and we can’t wait to come back again!

The introduction was always very robotic, and in the end, he actually accused my child of not putting his feet on the table. When the child heard that the sister didn't like him, he immediately hid, and the whole process was like a dean of discipline who kept scolding the child! This is the room I booked. It is my right to use it how I use it. How can I feel like I am living under someone else's roof? Finally, I couldn't help but politely argued with her, and rolled my eyes a few times. I want to ask what level of executive you are? Dare you treat your customers like this? Finally, I suppressed my anger and sent her away. I was so angry that I couldn't sleep all night. I have never felt so uncomfortable staying in a hotel! The next day her leader went to work. She was a very professional and attentive older lady wearing a kimono. Her service was very good. Only then did she realize that the last woman was a low-level employee responsible for cleaning and food delivery! It’s really a big deal! Fortunately, the people I contacted later were very polite and received meticulous care, but my mood was really deeply affected by this person on the first day! ! ! I regret not taking a picture of this person's name tag, but if you check with the hotel, you will definitely find it. It was a waiter in her 20s with bangs who received us on the first night. Finally, in fact, if you book a regular room for 1,000 a night, you can also visit Jiashui Garden. You don't have to pay ten times the price to make a big mistake, especially if you step on the thunder like me, the gain will outweigh the loss.

The hotel is nested in a quiet corner, within walking distance of Sagaogurayama Tabuchiyamacho. Im however a bit disappointed with the limited facilites it offered when compared to the price we paid. We stayed in the Tsukinone Twin Room which is on the third floor of the building. The view is pleasant. The room is of decent size. Yet there were no public onsens. We need to pay YEN5000 for 45 minutes and there are only 2 private onsens. For more luxurious rooms with private onsen, the one I visited was on the ground level with no views as it were by the pathway to the reception , separated by wooden planks. We paid around Yen5000 for the breakfast in the hotel, Both western and japanese breakfasts were offered. We tried both. It is of standard. The 4 different juices presented on the top of the bento box was impressive. The vaccinity is pleasant. We could walk to the train station, the tourist rown area , the nearby parks and the world heritage sites. Nice area .

The single room area is more than 60 square meters, and it also has a tea break terrace, which is very suitable for family long-term travel. The geographical location is also very advantageous. The bus station and subway station are within 5 minutes of walking, and it is 3 stops away from the bustling area of ​​Kyoto. Convenience stores and delicious restaurants are all within 7-10 minutes of walking. In front of the hotel is the Kamo River Jumping Stone. My daughter goes to the Kamo River to play in the water every morning. In general, the geographical location is excellent and impeccable. The staff is very high-quality and considerate. I am really satisfied with this hotel! I chatted with my friend before and felt that Hyatt Hotel was too expensive. She said that Qingshui Qinglong was also good. I decided to give it a try and was really satisfied! First of all, the road leading to Qingshui Temple can be driven for a while, and the other part can only be walked. This hotel is just at that intersection. The location is really impeccable. Then although this hotel is in the most popular tourist area, it is completely quiet in the bustling area. It feels like meeting love around the corner. When you look up, you can see Yasaka Pagoda. Then the hotel's service, facilities, and bedding are all very satisfactory. The only flaw is the breakfast, which is in line with Japanese efficiency. I have been waiting for a long time. Then I chose the Japanese soup pot, but I was not full at all. I had to add rice twice in a row and finished the rice with the soup base.
