The location is perfect for those who wanna stay in the middle of the city. It is just a walking distance to Luxor Temple, souk and many restaurants. The counter guy was helpful. You can see the Sphinxes of the temple from your room. However, it is not a 4 star hotel, so don’t expect more.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to the Luxor Temple. It takes only 2 minutes to walk. The window of the room faces the Nile River and you can also see the Luxor Temple clearly. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view. The service of the front desk guy is very good and very helpful. The most important thing is that the room and bathroom are very clean, so you can stay at ease.

We checked in at 4am on the day of check-in, which was indeed many hours in advance. I agreed to pay extra to make up for the difference, but he directly charged me one more night. Although it was not much in total, I felt a little uncomfortable with the extra charge. I don’t know whether it is reasonable to pay one more night. Then when I checked in, I booked a standard room for two people, one of whom was 12 years old. The front desk told me that the room can only accommodate one person. It was so funny. I told him a lot, but he still told me that the room can only accommodate one person, and one more person would have to pay extra, even if the person staying with me was 12 years old. I really laughed, and told me that 12 years old is not young in Egypt, and you can get married. Haha. In the end, I kept showing him the order details page to show him that I booked a double room, not a single room, and I noted that I wanted a twin room. He compromised and didn’t ask me to pay extra. I am really speechless. Shouldn't the hotel know better what I ordered? Why do they have to ask me again and again to add money? I agree to add money, but it doesn't make sense. Isn't this just deceiving consumers and asking for money randomly? Anyway, I was annoyed by the front desk during the whole stay. I don't expect this hotel to be professional or have good services. In fact, it's fine as long as I can stay there. But adding money randomly like this is really intolerable.

It was a nice hotel in a good location. The front desk was able to arrange a hot air balloon tour and a taxi to Dendera.

The staff is friendly. There is a famous rooftop restaurant in Luxor in the building next door, and the bazaar is located right below, so the location was very satisfactory. The interior of the hotel was also very clean and nice.

The sanitation is very poor. The room is very small. There are no facilities. The shower is still broken.

The standard room I stayed in was small, dark, and noisy past midnight. The other rooms were fine.

The sanitary conditions are average. The good thing is that there were no rooms available, so I was upgraded to a triple room... The rooms on the upper floors look better when photographed... The service attitude is average... But I'm too lazy to change hotels
