Nice place with backward technology. Restaurant on level 2 has no way to access easily. Had to brave the cold to go out of the hotel to get my takeaway from a box that uses WeChat.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who have meetings next to South Railway station. The room was clean, breakfasts and dinners are very tasty and worth your money. The only disappointment was the staff at the registration desk who couldn’t give me the exact information which I asked, because the level of English speaking was very low. As a fact I spent more money then I planned, because I got the wrong information at the reception desk on the price of services which provides this hotel.

The lobby has a festive atmosphere. The most important thing is that the service at the front desk is really considerate. It's a pity that I didn't see the name clearly. The smile was very good. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay! 2024 ended perfectly here!

The complimentary ancient Ningde yellow croaker soup for two people is very tasty and the portion is also large. Two people can't finish it.

During the National Day holiday, I rushed to two cities, so I just slept in the hotel. Overall, it was okay, but except for the cleanliness of the room. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel and saw so many hairs on the bath towel? ! As shown in the picture, a roll of bath towels had not been unpacked, and when I picked it up, there were many short and thin hair-like things on it. When I saw it, my scalp tingled. Sheraton is also a big brand in the hotel industry. Can it do a good job of hygiene? Generally, hotels will bring disposable bath towels. I thought it should be okay when I saw Sheraton, so I didn’t bring it. When I picked it up, my mentality collapsed... I was very tired on the 3rd, so I didn’t look for a hotel again. I checked that the bed was clean and went to sleep. As for other things... The attitude of the staff was very good, and the variety and taste of the buffet breakfast were also good. It’s just that the overall hotel is a bit old, not the facilities are old, but the overall hotel supporting services feel a bit old-fashioned.
