If you are headed to Luton for whatever reason the Premier Inn is a good base. It’s clean and comfortable, the food is nice and the staff really friendly. Shout out to Manda on the front desk - blue hair, “fluent in sarcasm” and really helpful and kind. Thank you!

Had a problem with my booking and with my car and the car parking . Manda on reception was very helpful and sorted it out for me. She couldn't have been more helpful. Other staff also very good. Be happy to stay at Luton Premier Inn Regents Street again. Thank you

I have just had a wonderful stay at the Luton Town Centre Premier Inn, last night. However, I was not satisfied with the way the receptionist, Amanda, was treating other guests!. But everything else was fine; room was clean and bed was comfy.

Spot on. Great location and the friendliest, nicest staff I’ve ever come across! Central to the shops, very close to airport and the train station. Rooms ere typical, good quality premier inn standard. Staff went out of their way to be so helpful and seemed genuinely happy to help and happy in their roles. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely stay and clean room but was missing an extra towel but this was quickly fixed by Bronwyn at reception who apologised and gave me an extra towel. Breakfast was served with a smile and Bronwyn was running all over the place I feel bad for her but keep it up you’re doing great! Overall the hotel could do with a referb im not a fan of the bathrooms but that’s a lot to ask

I was really impressed with this Premier Inn. It was a short 10 minutes walk from the train station and although where it was situated (right next to a car park and busy road) didn’t give it the best views, it was a really nice stay. I had a top floor room which was standard, but really quiet as there was no one above me. I also had breakfast on one of the mornings, which was a really good experience. All items were there, everything as it should have been. There was a girl called Bronwyn working at the Premier Inn who seems to do absolutely everything. She was a real gem. Well done to her. Great stay, I’ll be back on the next time Plymouth Argyle play Luton.

Arrived early to the hotel to be welcomed by Bronwyn an amazing girl who was able to check me in despite arriving at 11am she booked us a table for dinner which was delicious. I wish i stayed for breakfast for more lovely food. I stay in many Premier Inns and nothing beats the service I received from Bronwyn during my stay
