Beautiful hotel,cozy and neat , clean rooms. Our stay here was extremely comfortable and enjoyable.The food and service both were amazing. everything is good and excellent. love to come back soon.each and every staff members were very polite.Thank you.

We are staying with family members. Very good and comfortable stay at nagpal hotel... Rooms was very near and clean ,and washroom was also clean. Staff is rude.
Needs new paint in the hotel & dirty place.
Bathroom water keeps on standing. Poor drainage.
Not a family friendly hotel.
It took 2 hrs to check in as front desk person doesn't know how to find the online reservation.

Recently visit for my business work in Ludhiana and find the hotel very comfortable, staff was helpful and attentive toward the any requirement, Food was good room was clean and room was also spacious. Thank you Mr. kartar for giving best deal.. surely recommend to family and friends.
