Located at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste,quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

We have celebrated our 25th birthday celebration on 17th November. They have outstanding services!!! Ambiance of banquet, decoration, specially food was so tempting... An excellent experience at the Grand after our flight was cancelled. Paul was kind and informative, and made sure that we were taken care of. Vinny was a tremendous help for our family and ensured that we felt welcomed! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey, the staff made our trip!

We had lots of events related to my son's wedding at the hotel from 23rd February,2024 to 25th February ,2024.Our stay was pleasant and the quality of food was also good and liked by our guests. The General Manager of the hotel personally monitored smooth conduct of all the events and hotel staff provided excellent services and support.

We stayed at the grand JBR hotel for 5 days. I liked all their services especially the breakfast lunch as it had many excellent varieties. I appreciate Mr. Braj Bhan Singh at the restaurant for his hospitality and we will book this hotel in future as I have to travel to this city in coming years. Thanks team @ The Grand JBR, Lucknow.

The management was very cooperative. The food was delicious with variety of cuisines and service was prompt. Must recommend for budget friendly weddings! There are various halls depending on the number of guests and your requirements. Rooms are also very neat and clean.
