Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account

深夜の到着でしたが、ルルド駅から徒歩5分と近かったので助かりました。徒歩でにルルドの泉、大聖堂、ピレネー博物館にも行けるとても立地の良いホテルです。

We booked this hotel for a family vacation, but it was a terrible experience. There was no air conditioning in the room, despite the temperatures reaching 24°C, and we were told to use a fan instead. Additionally, the hotel does not offer a shuttle service, even though it was advertised on their booking website. The staff at reception were not helpful at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here whilst visiting the church. Very close to the church and the station as well. Clean rooms and a pretty straight forward breakfast. Have to say a bit on the pricey end but that might have been becks we booked last minute. Staff could try to be a little more helpful.

Ibis Lourdes When we arrived we were very kindly given our room. We had asked for a room away from the lifts however when we went up to the room we were quite near the lift so I went downstairs to ask if we could change rooms. I was told by the receptionist that the hotel was full. so went back upstairs to go into the room. While I was downstairs my husband tried to get into the room many times and I also tried when back upstairs without success. The key-card machine kept flashing red except once for about 2 seconds went green but did not connect and open. So I again went downstairs to speak to the receptionist. At this point she was extremely rude saying, 'have you put the card in correctly, has it gone green etc'? Talking to us as if we had never used a keycard before! Then she proceeded to come upstairs and try the card without success herself even banging the door to try and open it. A short time afterwards once in our room I went downstairs to ask if I could have an extra blanket as sometimes I feel the cold at night to find a very helpful different receptionist who went to look for one. The room was fine- normal layout for the Ibis. Had an extremely large television. Unfortunately we had a very bad night due to what appears to the toilet fan unit being very noisy /broken and a road cleaner working along the roads outside our window from 0500 to 0545. When I mentioned in the morning that it appears the toilet fan was broken it was to the same receptionist who checked us in, turned round and said we should have asked to change rooms!!!!! When arrived showed my Silver Accor membership card - however nothing extra for being a member offered. Excellent central location

The hotel is well located in the centre close to shops, restaurants and about 1.1km from the grotto (10-12 mins walk) The staff are very friendly and very welcoming especially Chris, Thiago and Fatima. It would be nice to be welcomed as an Accor member. Chris was super friendly and suggested things to do and see. Breakfast each morning was decent and did the job. It consist of croissants, pastries, cakes, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, marmalade etc with fresh cafe and selection of coffee too. The breakfast is more continental so don’t expect a full fledged breakfast (you pay what you get) The rooms are nice and clean. The rooms have international travel plug attached; very handy. Each day my room was serviced, it was spotless( thanks to an amazing housekeeping team). It would be good to see a coffee/ tea/ kettle in the room for easy access. Bed was super comfortable and had a good sleep the rest of the 2 nights I stayed, the first night of sleep was miserable (doors slamming, the walls are thin hence you can hear the communication and telly in the other rooms, kids screaming up till 1am). The phone in the room didn’t work, I could not even ask for a room move that time of the night.As I was out most of the time it didn’t bother me much but someone who has sleep issues, could be a bit noisier at times. Ask for a room at the back(tough you might be woken up at 530am with noise from the kitchen fans). There is no food available onsite so if you need to grab a bite, takeaway is your best bet(there’s a chipper across the street and a kebab place). The meals served are ready to eat and needs a microwave to heat it up (not something I would like to see in an Accor brand tough ibis is a mid scale hotel). I was informed by the staff at the desk about this new policy. Overall a good experience and would recommend the ibis Lourdes hotel for a short visit.

The hotel is located a few minutes by foot from the train station and withing walking distance to all amenities including the castle and the sanctuary. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and are there to help with anything you need.

Nous avons passé une nuitée chez ibis Lourdes chambre propre et confortable bon accueil personnel sympathique et compétent y compris la dame du petit déjeuner parking fermé disponible dans l hôtel ce qui est très pratique nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel à notre prochain passage à Lourdes

Reception superbe de Frédéric. Les chambres sont petites. Odeur de remontée d égout dans la chambre. Le pire est au PDJ, plus de choix même pas un sachet de thé. La responsable du PDJ faisait des réflexions dans le dos des clients.Tasse à the sale. hotel très proche de la grotte de Lourdes

Nach früheren Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel war ich diesmal schwer enttäuscht. Es beginnt damit, dass das Restaurant (dauerhaft? zumindest langfristig) geschlossen ist. Dies ist weder auf der Homepage ersichtlich, noch gab es einen Hinweis bei der Buchung. Als Ersatz werden drei Snacks angeboten, tiefgekühlt, in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Mein pappiges "Croque Monsieur" war aber innen noch eiskalt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss mit Zugang zum Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung noch auf dem Stand der ersten IBIS-Generation. Dazu war es sehr hellhörig, Telefonate im Nachbarzimmer störten. Das WLAN war ok, setzte aber immer mal wieder komplett aus. Das Frühstück hat normalen IBIS-Standard. Jedoch war das Personal in Spitzenzeiten überfordert, für Nachschub zu sorgen, Zeitweise gab es nicht einmal Brot. Der Orangensaft ging an einem Tag aus und war auch am Folgetag nicht aufgefüllt.

Ottima esperienza. Ogni volta che veniamo qui prenotiamo in questo albergo e ci troviamo sempre bene. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Camere pulite e funzionali. Questa volta abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione in un altro albergo in un'altra località della Francia e la signora alla reception, mostrando cortesia ed empatia, ci ha risolto il disguido. Lo abbiamo sempre consigliato e continuiamo a consigliarlo!

Arrivés vendredi 30 juin un peu avant 15h 00 nous avons été accueilli très courtoisement. Avant de rejoindre notre chambre les informations essentielles nous ont été communiqué avec bienveillance. la chambre 526, salle d'eau, classique par le format, mais propre à l'arrivée comme pendant les 4 nuits passées, les rangements appréciables. Le petit déj. chacun y trouve son compte, sucré, salé, viennoiserie...sans oublier la Fameuse Madeleine, à découvrir. Mais tout cela ne peut exister sans le personnel, charmant, qui officie au cœur de ce service. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, proche du Sanctuaire, des commerces, mais aussi de pouvoir laisser la voiture au parking de l'hôtel en toute sécurité. Merci à vous Tous pour ce Séjour à IBIS LOURDES Centre Gare. Ginette et Francis CAHORS 46
