Ulasan The Novotel Toronto Centre

Saya memesan dua kamar, satu lebih besar dengan sofa, dan yang lainnya lebih kecil tanpa sofa, saya tidak tahu apakah salah satunya sudah ditingkatkan. Kasurnya relatif empuk, dan tempat tidurnya mengeluarkan suara saat Anda berbalik 😂. Tidak ada rak untuk shower gel dan sampo di kamar mandi, dan wastafel hotel yang baru direnovasi bernoda 😅, setelah menggunakan ketel selama dua hari, keluar kotoran berwarna kopi😰

Great business hotel. The location is a 5 min walk to Union station, nearby has loads of great food options and the breakfast is quite good. Highly recommended!

Very clean and spacious hotel in a great location for downtown Toronto. My room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable, the only slight downside is the view, which was to the back of the building looking onto a car park. It should be noted that the hotel is only 6 stories high, so views are not really possible. But if you're like me and only plan to spend time in your room to sleep and relax, it doesn't really matter.  Service was good, although felt a bit impersonal and rushed at times. However, the cleaning staff were the most lovely and sweet of them all.  There is no room service, but you can get food at the restaurant during opening hours and take it to your room, and there is a 24/7 kiosk with snacks and drinks.  I'd definitely stay here again. 

Location is good. Within walking distance of the Union Train Station and Eaton Shopping Malls. Opposite hotel is a nice restaurant called Old Spaghetti Factory that has nice ambience and serves good pasta. Restaurant also provides halal option (refer to their instagram). Besides the Old Spaghetti Factory, down the street, there are more eateries providing halal food options such as kebabs and pizzas. Special mention is a halal fast food restaurant selling fried chicken called Mother Clucker. There is a also a supermarket next to the hotel and drugstores within walking distance. Room size is comfortable, relatively spacious. Amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, kettle, fridge etc are provided. TV has wide range of channels and shows. Beds and pillows are comfortable. A good stay.

Good location and nice room with good shower. They were kind enough to assist with our luggage and other services.

Excellent service. Room was awesome. Great location. Dinner and breakfast were fast and delicious. Friendly staff. Will come again.

Good location. Near union station where you can catch the UP express train to the airport Bed is comfy room is clean and spacious. Opposite to the KEG steakhouse and bar and many other restaurants so location wise is great. Walking distance to art St. Lawrence market

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only thing is parking is not included. At the indoor parking lot it said people staying at the hotel can pay at the hotel when they check-in, so I planned to do that, only to find out the hotel charged more than double the amount for keeping my car there for 24 hours.

The hotel location is perfect and the check in experience is quite smooth. We checked in early without any hassle. The staff is cooperative and all tourist spots are within walking distance.

Room is clean. Location is very good. There is Union station in 10mins walk. It is very convenient travel both airport to hotel. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel too. The only thing is front desk max. Two people working and sometimes single person which cause me time. In general, that hotel is great.

Service in the breakfast room was superb. Cleaning personnel were very helpful. Reception can be more friendlier. Always making you attent of the things which can go wrong or the deadlines instead of telling good things about surroundings.

Location wise is great 👍🏻 The Novotel Toronto Centre is just steps away from the St. Lawrence Market and Market Gallery, —the heart of the city’s culinary identity for more than a century—legendary architecture, The Distillery Historic District, fabulous shopping area such as Eaton Centre shopping mall and Winners 😃and other must-see attractions..all walking distance especially the union station 🚉 And after a long day exploring Toronto unwind with a glass of wine or a classic cocktail at Café Nicole Bistro&Bar, Great deal for Happy Hour 4pm-6pm $7canadian Aperol spritz , house wines , beers and $5canadian sparkling wine .. And great amenities, Fitness gym

In-Room Safe, with a clean and spacious room , Booked newly renovated superior king room and got a tremendous deal upon booking ahead of time which included breakfast,👍🏻 Breakfast is pretty decent more than enough to start your day, I love the avocado and kale shake ,and mix berries shake it’s really delicious 😋 😊 And Thanks to Ana she’s been very friendly and helpful with a great customer service 👍🏻 We had a pleasant stay 👍🏻Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location was really good but service was awful and hotel supplies were lacking. No slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste or bottled water were given. When asked, they said the $300/night hotel does not come with slippers, and that if I need toothbrush and toothpaste, I had to come down to the frontdesk to get them myself. I was disappointed overall.
