Klayman Olivina Aparthotel

My husband and I just loved this place. We had a week here. A hidden gem! Staff are excellent. Patricia, on reception, who greeted us on our arrival with a lot of information and detail regarding the hotel's facilities. Our room was very clean and tidy with all facilities, eg, kettle , toaster,fridge, hob ring and multipurpose micowave. Hairdryer in bathroom, a safe.( no charge) The only thing was there was no air conditioning, but we did have a very large free stanning fan. This was brilliant! Rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday when staff have a day off. We had stunning views of the mountains, streets, and some bars. Have to say absolutely beautiful! Bars were not dirty, very clean , and were close to the hotel but not mad! The pool is clean. While we were there, there were no children. Personally, i dont think it would be practical for young children as it is a rooftop pool. Has stunning views. Ideal for sun bathing. Two levels. There is no charge for sun loungers.. You get a towel for the pool with no charge. Just to hand back when finished. Great, a great location. There is also the Solo Bar, on the sMe level as the pool. Happy hour, 3 pm to 5 pm when we were there and the staff so happy. Have to give mention to Arson on the reception . So pleasant and very helpful. Arson is really assest to the hotel. aand The hotel location is a very short walk to the beach. Supermarket 24-hour on corner of the hotel. Bars are across the road, but all noise stops at 12 midnight. Try the Vault. Bar, great live bands! Service food, too! Market in Tuesday and Sunday. Definitely go to see . Also, go see the golden mile. You can walk to it or just taxi €8.

We’ve just checked out after a 10 night stay. Room was very clean, lots of pubs and restaurants nearby but if you walk down hill you’re onto promenade which is a straight walk to Américas in 30 mins. Lovely pool, we never struggled for loungers either. Would definitely recommend

This will be our 3rd time at the end of October 2024. Had some bad news last time we stayed here and had to leave early. The staff at the hotel were so kind and honoured the nights we missed on the last stay to the next planned stay. Most places would not have done this, which shows how professional this establishment is. Every thing about this hotel is great in every area. Special mention to the reception staff and the amazing lifeguard/pool guy who is always so helpful. Lovely roof top pool and bar, along with the bar staff , good cocktails. If you are looking for somewhere to stay Los Cristianos I would not hesitate to recommend to book here.

Fantastic staff who treat us like family, they definitely know how to treat visitors and to encourage repeat business. Honestly we are made to feel so welcome and as someone who supports my brother who has additional needs, I am made to feel so safe and comfortable coming here, it means the world and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Los Cristianos! Furthermore, a great pool with an excellent solarium and roof top bar, fab apar**ents, be sure to book a balcony if you can. Highly recommend!

1st stayed at this apparthotel in Nov 2023 and absolutely excellent in all aspects with special mention of Mendosa the pool man who was always attentive to clients and was always cleaning up 2nd visit April 2024 again excellent, but with the exception of the pool area, Mendosa is no longer here, the current pool man does nothing to help anyone and spends all day on his phone much to the annoyance of clients who are trying to read quietly he seems totally oblivious to anything else, one day I went to change towels he had his head in the adjacent cupboard on his phone again total unaware that I was there until I raised my voice to get his attention, hate to think what would happen if someone was in difficulty in the pool, I doubt very much he would notice.

What a wonderful hotel! We were in a studio room, which had a lovely view of the hills & the port. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities needed for self catering. The cleanliness of the hotel is second to none. All the staff are so lovely, welcoming & helpful. The hotel is just 10 mins walk from the beach, uphill walk on the way back, no problem if your mobility is good. Shops & restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend to friends & family. Hope to visit again.

We stayed 10 days here over Easter in a 1 bedroom apar**ent. I had emailed in advance asking for as quiet a room as possible after reading some reviews about some rooms & we were on 2nd floor facing the coast. It’s a small & clean resort with a rooftop pool, snack bar & solarium. We were lucky with the weather & spent time on the rooftop & at the beach (about 10 minutes walk to the beaches) It could be difficult to get space round the pool but there were other areas up there to lie around. Our apar**ent was really well equipped for self catering - full kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer box, microwave & 2 cooking rings. Decent pots, cooking implements & washing up liquid, cloth & sponge all provided. The TV had UK terrestrial channels & there were no extra charges for the remote, safe, Wi-Fi or laundry room. The room & areas were all very well maintained & clean & reception staff & bar staff were fantastic - all friendly & smiley. Decent size balcony & beds, walk-in shower with plenty of hot water & a good flow level. Plenty of good places to eat & drink nearby. We hired a car & had no problem getting a parking space outside the complex every day. The complex was quiet from about 10/11pm which was restful. We’d stay again in the area, we enjoyed it.

What an amazing experience. Reception staff Crespo, fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Bar staff, Said, Amazing. The hotel itself was spotless, very clean and cleaned everyday. I was given a bottle of champagne in my room for my 60th Birthday which was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be back as the whole staff made us feel so welcome. Lovely little complex. Very clean and great location. Staff are super friendly . Will definitely return. Rooms are immaculate, there isn’t air con but we don’t need it , there was a fan if needed . Pool area is small , but again not a problem for us as we used the sun terrace on 3rd floor and just popped down to the pool for a cool off amazing views from up here and it really is all that you need . Lovely little bar area , the bar man was so lovely and helpful. Not sure what it would be like here in peak season but perfect for what we needed, we will return in October and would recommend to friends and family. It is a lovely safe place to stay for your holiday .
