The pool and rooftop were not open, they were under construction and the room I booked originally was not available when I arrived.
But it was a nice stay otherwise.

The carpet was dirty. And there was no privacy in the shower. The glass was huge and opened so that you could see inside the bathroom from the bed. Really strange design for non couples - actually even if it’s for couples, it’s still weird. Otherwise it was a good room and clean area. The staff was not that friendly though.

The Delphi is a fine hotel; the price was right. Restaurant was fine. Adjacent parking (not associated with the hotel). Cons: VERY strong odor in lobby area; it was "somewhat" floral, but overwhelming. There were 6 in our party from all over the US; no one thought the smell was good. No coffee pot in the room. Bed arrangement was strange and unsafe - mattress on a built up platform that was too large for the bed (no bedframe) and too low; easy to trip on during the night. Shower and bath separated from the room by clear glass; no privacy at all. Don't bring your children!

Great hotel. Not far from crypto arena. Bed was very comfortable. Clean room plus they give you a 10 dollar credit for you to use.

The only thing about the hotel that was amazing was the food at the diner called Denaes. The hotel lobby area hade a very STRONG smell that I’m sure they thought was good but definitely made me not be able to breathe and kick started my asthma. The room had stains on the floor and a weird like attic door type opening in the bathroom. We were only staying a night and that’s all it deserves is a night stay only. More than likely won’t be coming back.

This is such a Nice hotel but one thing is that In a day time Lift or Entrance Door have no Card Access working so Anyone can In n Out anytime during Day so need to be careful n aware during stay specially For who is Coming for Business purposes in DTLA.
Because this area Is full of Homeless People around.
