London Stay Apartments

I liked this place. I had a single room but it was large and had a good kitchenette. The bathroom was pretty good too. The windows and lighting was good. The check in process was easy even when checking in out of office hours. I would stay here again.

The room was pretty huge but the bathroom was kind of an issue since the tap was not working properly and there is an problem with the bathroom room, we were not able to look it, other than that the room was pretty clean

Fair enough for the price but not for long stays.

Ottima la posizione con fermata dei bus per la metro a pochi passi. Negozio fornito di ogni genere di cose appena svoltato l'angolo. Una sola critica, il lavabo nel bagno troppo piccolo e un po' scomodo. Comunque consigliatissimo.

No refund available for surprise booking I made without asking my carer. I have adhd, dyslexia and many other mental health issues and wanted to surprise them. I was not able to get a results m refund so I have lost money. This is very distressing for me as I didn't see anywhere that this was the case. My carer phoned up today and was told there was nothing to be done. No care or understanding

When we arrived we were unable to check in as our room was apparently being cleaned. We did not mind at all and were happy to wait. The receptionist told us that we could leave our bags in reception or chap the door of the room and ask the guests if we could leave our bags in there whilst they were still there. We thought this was odd. When we got into our room it was very apparent that it had not been cleaned in a long, long time. There was food (fish) leftover in the fridge/freezer. The fridge itself was filthy. The shower and bathroom had ants and dust gathering and there was no soap (we had to purchase this ourself as the receptionist was gone and we could not ask for more). The bed was stained and sheets were dirty with hairs and marks on them. You could feel the springs of the bed as you sat on it. There were no plugs for charging anything - we had to unplug the fridge to charge our phone. Upon checking out, we advised reception of the state of our room and our genuine disgust at the lack of cleanliness. The receptionist could not have been more unhelpful and disinterested. We received a phone call this evening advising the only ‘compensation’ they could offer was a 50% discount next time we stayed. We would definitely not stay here again, even if it were free. The hotel did not seem to care either way about our experience. We are not fussy, however it is not too much to expect that somewhere is clean and you have soap to wash your hands (Especially in times like these). I would give this place less than 1 star if I could. Overall a dreadful stay and we would encourage everyone to avoid this place.
