Came back to St Pancras from Paris via Eurostar and it was absolutely convenient

Excellent service and location - makes the Eurostar very easy! We love this hotel

The people are very helpful and polite. The room is spacious.

There is a lounge which we can stay for breakfast and tea and the services there is very good also the hotel is right next to king cross station. It is very convenient

The room was actually a little underwhelming given the price, and the toilet was small with just a bathtub and no separate shower. The bathtub edge was quite high so it may be challenging to older people. Took quite some time to check in but probably because of the customers. The bed was comfy and there's ample space to open up luggage on the floor. The location was great especially since I arrived and will be departing from St Pancras International.

Reception and housekeeping staff excellent. Room very clean and comfortable although no suitable chairs for eating from “Room Service” Fridge still empty due to Covid. Forgot to bring my swim costume so didn’t try the spa. Booking Hall restaurant is a great space with very high ceiling, great for cocktails. A real Wow factor! Disappointing meal in the evening. “Monkfish and potato curry” was two small pieces of fried fish on top of a tasteless green sauce with a few new potatoes around the edge. The fried fish sandwich was also lacking in imagination and taste. Wine indifferent. Pleasant serving staff at dinner and breakfast. Excellent breakfast, wide choice of hot and cold food.

很想網絡盜圖去説明它的顏值，但不是我的風格：出原圖！房間內就可以看到車站（就是玻璃臟一點），想着很吵，發現窗簾厚的超乎想象，神經衰弱的我一晚安睡！餐食中的薯條非常好吃，無奈我是中國胃！ 酒店其他項目懶惰的我依然沒有去發掘！

酒店的地理位置優越，地鐵公交出行方便。作為標誌性建築，每天都能看到有人拍照，還有當地人拍婚紗照的。定的是套房，和傳統意義上的套房有別。早餐是需要點餐的，對於習慣了自助的我們有點意外。房間與網站上的圖片不同，在我的要求下，同意更換房間，不過，看了下兩種房型各有優勢，就沒有更換。這一點還是要感謝前台。房間的被子在室温21度左右使用顯得不夠暖。淋浴下水較慢。總之，瑕不掩瑜，不得不説，這是一家顏值和人氣很高的英國酒店。

外觀很美！內裏不適配。衣櫥鏡面銹跡斑斑。早餐35英鎊品質次，中午外出房間沒有打掃（沒有人告訴你打掃房間需要自己去要求），房間所有消耗品需要電話要，送達時間要預很久。
