The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

Recommended by business associates n location is convenient.

Rooftop area was so peaceful and relaxing 😌 the live BBQ was so delicious and yammy 😋 Good place for family , friends and couple visit. Every staff's are so polite .. I will surely visit this place again

Excellent property with very hospitable and friendly staff. Neat rooms and wonderful restaurants. The hotel is located in Central Dhaka and all places of interest are easily accessible from the property

Comfortable high end in the centre of Dhaka. Staff is very attentive and always ready to help and check on one's comfort. Rooftop pool offers desired cooling on hot days. There is also a gym and spa that offers massage services. Although I have not taken an advantage of their services.
