Awful hotel! It’s such a shame as the staff are lovely They do not serve food until 8.30 pm which if you are tired is ridiculous, the room service menu is also awful until that time and there is nothing nearby where you can purchase food of a decent standard The breakfast is very limited, they also do not uphold the benefits of being a platinum member They charge 2.50€ for a very small ice bucket (which I was not told when ordering at reception) I would not recommend a stay here

We really like AC hotels for comfort and value. Also the staff are usually excellent and very helpful. Our issue here was not with comfort - our room was good. The problem was a lack of staff and service. When we arrived, there was literally one (helpful) memeber of staff on reception. We would have loved a drink at the bar or in the lounge but it was shut and no room service was available. What was worse is that the bar and restaurant was not opening until 20.30. In point of fact, the bar never opened and didn't even look stocked and the place just lacked staff. The food at dinner was fine but again the friendly waiter was just under pressure. Whether it was because it was a Saturday, I don't know, but the service was non exisitent and this is a management issue not the staff that were there. There is no excuse for not being able to get a drink when you arrive at a 4 star hotel!!

Great quality hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, and central location. The second time we've stayed. .also baths in rooms. Lots of restaurants around but also good food in the hotel restaurant

Comfy beds, very nice bathroom and very helpful staff. Unfortunately for us to far out from benidorm and a little in the middle of nowhere but cannot fault the hotel very nice place to stay. A nice little cafe right outside

Hotel de ciudad en el centro de Elda, estuvimos en dos habitaciones dos días, en agosto. Hotel cercano a casi todo la ciudad, rodeado de restaurantes y bares al lado del museo del calzado. Habitaciones correctas un poco pequeñas pero muy limpias. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien.

Hotel muyl correcto para una ciudad como Elda ,buenos profesionales, desayuno perfecto y atención excelente. Habitaciones limpias al igual que las instalaciones en general, parking de pago justo debajo del hotel a con un precio inferior a la media con respecto a estos hoteles.

La verdad es que le falta mucho al hotel y al restaurante, van de hotel de 4 estrellas y no llegan ni a la segunda. La cama tiene 20 años y cada ve que te mueves se escuchan los muelles. El desayuno, por 13.2€ más IVA, deja mucho que desear, poco completo y de poca calidad. La temperatura del agua de la ducha varía mucho, si quieres agua caliente la tienes 30 segundos si, 2 segundos no. El restaurante también deja mucho que desear, no puedes quitar ningún ingrediente de ningún plato ya que están todos prepreparados y solo lo tienen que calentar. Y luego preparate para el sablazo… he pagado menos por persona en restaurantes michelin.

Muy buen Hotel en Elda, recomiendo 100%. Lo importante de estos establecimientos es el trato que te da el personal, y en este caso es un 10! Lo recomiendo 100% Te sientes como en casa Las habitaciones son silenciosas, limpias y un amplio baño cómodo.
