"Hal terbaiknya adalah harga hotel ini sangat terjangkau. Sarapan vegetarian yang disertakan ternyata lumayan. Selain itu, hotel ini cukup mengecewakan. Bagian terburuknya adalah mereka menagih saya $10 USD ekstra/hari ketika saya punya teman yang menginap. Kamar berkapasitas 2 orang dan saya tidak ingin sarapan dan saya tidak yakin apakah teman saya akan selesai. Pemesanan untuk 2 orang dikenakan biaya tambahan $3 yang saya asumsikan untuk sarapan. Sebaliknya, mereka mengatakan kepada saya bahwa mereka akan menagih saya $12/hari dan memberi saya kesepakatan sebesar $10 dan kemudian mengatakan akan memberi saya diskon sebesar $8/hari tetapi pada akhirnya tetap menagih saya $10/hari dan hotelnya hanya $20usd/ malam untuk memulai. Hotelnya tidak terlalu sibuk sehingga mereka mematikan air panas untuk menghemat uang. Anda bisa menyuruh mereka menyalakan air panas, tapi setelah 45 menit airnya masih dingin. Hanya 1 dari 5 hari saya bisa mandi air hangat. Kamar mandinya tidak ada tirai/pintunya dan saat mandi airnya muncrat ke lantai dan selalu berantakan setelah mandi. Saya baru dapat pasta gigi untuk hari pertama dan habis. Kondisi ruangan juga cukup suram. Lubang-lubang di bagian belakang tempat tidur, retakan pada cermin, dinding yang tidak terkelupas dengan baik, dan jendela yang kotor. Dari segi lokasi, tidak apa-apa. Letaknya di jalan utama jadi tidak terlalu berisik. Banyak toko yang melayani penduduk setempat di dekatnya. Saya pikir itu akan bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki ke Gulshan, tapi itu tidak dekat dengan tempat-tempat bagus di Gulshan. Sebagian besar tempat wisata tidak berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki."

"This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service. Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money. We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person."
